I received less than $3000 and wasn't even paid for time lost. In addition my workplace is now saying I quit which is not even close to true. Most recently I was told by my work that they can't speak to me and that I needed to call coporate headquarters. When I asked Dan's paralegal she said I signed and had something noterized saying I quit. The only document I had noterized was to get the lousy settlement. I am not an attorney and spent months sending paperwork to Dan's office, which was a complete waste of time.
