I was the victim of a vicious dog attack by a German Shepherd and its negligent owner. The dog tore the skin from my forearm, requiring immediate reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. In the months that followed, I endured significant pain and hardship. I had to travel 30 minutes to an hour each week for specialized medical care, including ongoing wound treatment and dressing changes. The attack not only caused physical suffering, but also led to lasting financial strain. I was unable to return to work and was ultimately forced into early retirement at a reduced income. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure how I could afford legal help, Dustin Gatson at Bowman Law stepped in and took my case on a contingency basis--meaning he would only be paid if we won. From the very beginning, Dustin worked tirelessly on my behalf. He kept me informed every step of the way, regularly checked in on my well-being, and never gave up on me or my case. Because of Dustin's dedication and persistence, the hotel was held accountable. The settlement he secured has helped ease my financial burden and restored a sense of hope for my future--and for humanity. I am deeply grateful for Dustin's support and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a compassionate, committed, and effective attorney. Thank you, Dustin.

Attention anyone who has ever felt like a cosmic target on the open road, stop scrolling. Brian Calandra with Ramos Law is the person you need to guide you through the labyrinth that is insurance companies. After being struck by two separate hit-and-run drivers in rapid succession--with the second collision occurring right as we were wrapping up the first case--I was completely overwhelmed and lost on where to even begin. At the beginning, I truly had less than zero understanding of my medical coverage, so I did my best to just soldier on, but eventually the agonizing physical pain left me literally unable to sleep at night. Reaching this breaking point and desperately seeking any solace to this unrelenting blight led to the absolute best decision I made throughout this entire ordeal. I was lucky to find Aim High Health, who provided me with the connection I will forever be thankful by putting me in touch with Brian. From day one, Brian transformed total vehicular chaos into a masterclass in legal prowess and genuine client care. At no point was he ever difficult to reach or talk to. Quite the opposite, his consistent, proactive check-ins kept me completely comfortable, informed, and reassured through every twist and turn. He relentlessly managed the insurance labyrinth so I could focus on healing from back-to-back disasters. Often in life we tend to write reviews of the bad things or bad experiences we have in life, but I feel it is equally as important to give credit where credit is due. Ultimately, my quality of life over these past months would not have been nearly as pleasant without his devoted commitment throughout this entire experience. If you ever find yourself at the mercy of terrible drivers and unbearable pain, hire him immediately--and if I'm ever in another car accident, the first call after 911 will be to Brian.

Attorney Durkin demonstrated the kind of professionalism rarely found in this arena. He was matter of fact yet compassionate. No nonsense but understanding. Matthew kept his professional demeanor while doggedly pursuing just compensation for me given my injuries. This case evolved over nearly three years of give and take negotiations marked by less than good faith efforts from the other side. Throughout the process, Matthew kept me informed with any developments in real time. Matthew negotiated tirelessly and with remarkable patience to arrive at a negotiated settlement that was a number just about in the middle of what the opposition was offering and what Matthew hoped to achieve for me. The paralegal, Liz; the secretaries and other staffers with whom I interacted on the phone or at the office were attentive, cordial, pleasant and understanding throughout the nearly three year process. Matthew reduced his fee to maximize the amount I received after all obligations were fulfilled. I highly recommend Fuicelli and Lee and in particular, Matthew Durkin, as the best representatives should anyone need a fierce advocate to seek fair compensation following an injury.

He…read moreberated me to the point that I had to ask him to only communicate with me through a male mouthpiece. He forced me into a meager settlement although our case was rock solid and had a dream team of expert witnesses. The judge had awarded punitive damages, which I had been told was a huge win, but then that was retracted and I was told it was not a big deal. I believe he was in cahoots with the defense attorneys, he was unwilling to point out that their key piece of evidence was fraudulent even though we had certified data proving it was. I didn't even recover my expenses to be in litigation for 3 years. Winning this case- regarding the profound health impacts of toxic mold exposure- in a public forum was important not only for me and my children but for the countless people who are sick because they live in water-damaged buildings that are not properly repaired by those responsible for making the repairs. A win would have validated my knowledge- confirmed by medical reports backed by peer-reviewed research- that my children have a genetic disorder of the innate immune system that makes exposure to certain toxins extremely consequential. Due to Mr. Fuicelli'a unwillingness to put any effort into a win, my children are still suffering and will face an uphill battle as their health inevitably declines. I've observed that the people most impacted by mold exposure are the ones whose denial of the issue runs deep. It's like they are owned by the fungi. I'm certain if Mr. Fuicelli had the critical thinking skills required to make this realization, his lab results would show that his exposure is off the charts. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

However, after a few messages, Mr. Grant literally stopped messaging me... it's very sad that even though you deal with criminal people and bad people I was a victim. I was abused. I was beaten I know that your job is to be coldhearted, but shouldn't you have some type of more values for when someone was literally attacked I don't know. I'm not an attorney. I definitely would not recommend this man at all. It was very irresponsible to ignore the response. First of all this is a business and you really probably shouldn't be bringing in personal reasons on why you cannot interact with somebody that's trying to conduct business I didn't need to hear about you putting your child to sleep. You could've simply just apologized for making someone that was beaten And got out of the hospital for the second time a little bit more courtesy and a little bit more empathy if you can understand what I mean, sir. I believe your response is completely inappropriate and your response is beyond unprofessional and it kind of makes sense why you only have two reviews one is only a four star and your other one is a one star from me.
