The employees there seemed very knowledgeable and able to cut the cost down for us on both a man's wedding band and also a silver cross and chain that we put on hold today for a 10% down payment. I have quite frankly purchased a number of jewelry items over the past three years from other companies and have been ripped off. The difference with this company, I believe, is that the employees seem to be honest about the value of what they are selling and how that value translates to a consumer like myself who, honestly, only walks into a jewelry store when he absolutely has to. Time and courtesy are a rare commodity these days but these folks share it in abundance. I always feel like I am getting good value at this company and also something better than phony customer service. Not here, these folks are genuinely helpful and great to buy from.
