Not sure if that program still exists but you get full value back if you name another purchase at double that value. I even lamented to the staff how I was sad to trade in the earrings but needed it to go to the ring. They had offered several enticing offers for me to work out keeping them (which I heavily considered), but I ultimately declined and they were friendly the entire time. I purchased first on my own and didn't really like the diamond after I saw it set in the band. I showed it to a few friends and they were not that impressed either. I returned with one of my friends who was a girl (to get her input on a new diamond) and we spoke with a manager how we wanted to make some changes and he was great to deal with. No hassle at all. Got a new diamond set in the band and everyone loved it (my wife especially) Happy Jared was happy to work with us - it would have been horrible if they weren't. Over the years I have had both great and bad associates I have dealt with (I was a younger guy - was not considered serious each time) but the good out weighs the bad. Never had to use the warranty (lifetime if you keep up on inspections), but never hope to - so I can't speak on that.
