I can only review based on my visit and recent experience at Diamonds Direct, but I did not make a purchase. DD hosted an after hours event with the Schaumburg Business Association, and I was so impressed with the staff, beautiful store, and charcuterie and wine spread they had for this event. The store is beautifully laid out, and the jewelry and watches are showcased beautifully. I enjoyed talking with Diamond Expert Diyae and will hopefully return soon for a gift or purchase. When it came to choosing a setting, she instinctively guided me toward styles that aligned with what my girlfriend would love. My fiancé and I visited Diamonds Direct because I had never heard of it before. I loved everything about it, especially that their lifetime warranty is included in the purchase (unlike most other jewelers), and that includes sizings on rings for life. Justin, my Jewelry Expert, was funny, kind, thoughtful and helpful. We found a diamond and a setting that I love--and that was also within our budget. This store is so clean and what you would want to see in a jewelry store. There's a little play area with toys and PlayStation if you end up taking your kids with you so they're entertained while you get to look around the store. Everyone is super nice and kind but Tommy has been exceptional to work with. No one pressured me to get anything but really listened to what I was looking for. They even offered to create a ring to get the exact look I was thinking of. I love that I don't have to buy a separate warranty but it's all included with their items.
