We walked in not knowing so much about the whole engagement ring selection process, but he made us feel very comfortable upon arrival and kindly gave us the much needed informative session before we started looking at any specific pieces and discuss wants & needs. Jon was able to give us a step-by-step guide through the whole process. He did not ever push us to make any decisions (you can't find this with other jewelers) and gave us plenty of time to think through and genuinely wanted us to make the decisions that was best for us. He kept in good communication through everything and never missed a single detail. He was able to always answer my questions and reassure my worries and made sure we were comfortable and confident in our final choice of diamond and setting. We truly thank him for all the effort and work that he has helped us in creating our memorable piece and valuable experiences. Had a pretty bizarre experience with this store. It took them 5 months to repair a Tag-Heuer…read morewatch. The watch was then returned to me not repaired, with a non-OEM crystal. Store sales people blamed an ex-employee for the bad experience. They argued with me 3 on 1, and offered no solutions. They kept my $400, sent me out, and then bragged about the reputation of their store/last name. It was a brutal look. Long run, I'll gladly pay $400 to know that this isn't a store to do any business with. FWIW.....I ended up taking the watch to another jeweler in Libertyville. They repaired the watch for $275, and it took them around 2 weeks. Nasty and unprofessional attitudea at Dalzell. I do not recommend going here.

They designed and made a pendant for me from diamonds that I already had (hard to see the detail from the photo) and my mother-in-law had them designed and make a ring from a bunch of loose diamonds that turned out stunning!
