Meanwhile, the lead on the truss table is always on his phone gets to take however many paid days off He wants and takes as long of breaks as he wants without any repercussions. He does not lead and he does not train or answer questions from his co-workers, just greets them with disrespect and arrogance. I voiced my concerns on safety and the mistreatment of each other there and was only met with confrontation and my supervisor even put his fists up and threatened me and told me to shut my mouth. They just wing it everyday. Lousy.

After nearly a month of not calling us back, they eventually did and when we told them we had another contractor coming in to fix the problem to prevent further damage to our ceilings, they said okay and hung up. The first sales call was great but we didn't purchase anything until the 2nd sales call when a bigger discount was provided. The rep, of course, tried to up-sell windows to us, but we declined. When the door and sidelights were installed, they were the wrong color and the privacy rating was MUCH less than what I was told it would be. I was EXTREMELY frustrated. In addition, the door itself was warped and there was condensation in between the panes of glass. RBA of WNY was responsive to my complaints and eventually I ended up with EXACTLY what I wanted and am so happy with my purchase. If I had purchased the door elsewhere, from a company that subcontracted the installation, I doubt I would have gotten the problem resolved (sales would have tried to blame the installers and vice versa). Everyone in the RBA organization was responsive, prompt, and understanding. While mine wasn't a big job for them, they made me feel as important as if I was their #1 client.

I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house.
