Love AltSmoke Lex! Staff is great! Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable & helpful! Tons of great flavors to choose from & someone can ALWAYS help you narrow it down & find your favorite taste. The shop has a great atmosphere to hang out, blow some clouds, chat & play free pool! I must say that, after reading some of the other reviews on here, I'm very disappointed in the way some people feel about this shop. These negative reviews do not in any way depict this store, nor staff, just sounds like someone having a bad day & not getting their way... AltSmoke does everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied & what consumers must understand that all retail establishments, & even the manufacturer themselves, will not uphold warranty on products with external damage. You can't buy a pair of shoes, wear them for a week then return them because they make your feet hurt! It just doesn't work that way, lol. Also, on the note of product availability, some items/products are going to be in higher demand than others & sell as quickly as they come in & unfortunately the store has no control over when the manufacturer sends these items/products to them, nor do they have control on whether products may be discontinued. I've experienced this myself, but Altsmoke GLADLY puts you on a call list & lets you know when those items come in, & though it may be a slight inconvenience to you they will even direct you to another establishment where you may be able to get it until they are restocked.... That being said, I love this store! & to those who feel they have had a "bad experience", I think you should try again, & to anyone who hasn't been to AltSmoke yet, GO! Check them out! Of the Ecig stores in Lexington, Altsmoke is definitely the one to visit. The store is clean and spacious, the staff knowledgeable and helpful, and has a wide selection of flavors and equipment to choose from. The store itself is very nice with a sitting section and tables for people wanting to relax. It also has a large tasting bar which can get somewhat crowded as that is where most people will spend their time at the store, trying new flavors and chatting with the staff. Unlike other stores in Lexington, their location does not have the unfortunate problem of smelling like cat urine due to neighboring business. The staff is large and, for the most part, very knowledgeable. You may occasionally run into a new employee who isn't 100% up to speed, but this is fairly uncommon. The staff is quick to answer questions and help with any issues you may have. The selection of juices and equipment is great. They have a large variety of flavors, which as mentioned above can be sampled before buying. Altsmoke also stocks a good number of batteries, atomizers, and other accessories at competitive prices. In summary, while there are a few other places to purchase your e-cig flavors and equipment from, none are as good as Altsmoke. read more

This is an excellent electronic cigarette shop. The staff is really the best and selection is great. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and have a mentality to help the customer get what is right and works for them and also to teach them how to use it and assist with problems. I purchased my first e-cig starter kit here and have returned many times. They did not just sell me the starter kit but gave me a one on one lesson about how to use it, maintenance, and best practices. They have helped my fiancé with getting into rebuilding as well. Prices are very reasonable. They have a bar where you can sample a multitude of different e-liquid flavors before purchasing. There are dozens of flavors available to sample. Atmosphere is very relaxed with tables, sofas, and free candy. Awesome place to go if you are an e-cig user or looking to make the switch! This place is amazing!! I am a newbie to the vape world but I was so happy with my experience there. They allowed me to try a wide array of premium liquids. I ended up buying a new X cube 2 and a TFV4 tank. Their prices were great and I love my set up. The staff was enjoyable and very knowledgable about their products and their suggestions for mods and tanks were perfect for me.
