Until today I was a long time customer. Bought a typical inexpensive small device..$14 dollars…read more Used it for two days. It leaks juice from the pod and also from the air regulation hole. Occasionally when taking a draw...It keeps firing for several seconds after the fact and will only stop if I pull the pod out. It also randomly starts firing when I put it in my pocket which causes it to get hot, leak juice and burn through the battery. Inconsistent experience with charging this device. I took it back..with the box etc... The guy was not able to "replicate" a random misfire but he did pull the pod out (which was still leaking) and cleaned excess juice from the unit. He hit the unit a couple of times and stated that there were no obvious issues. Regarding the inconsistent charging..He stated "perhaps the voltage from my vehicle caused the issue. It became obvious that the faulty unit had now officially become my problem. I left the location with the unit no real resolution other than if it happens again ...bring it back and if "replicated" on site I would then be taken seriously. I called the location a short time later to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution. I took some time to read up on the return policy. It says nothing about "replication" of issues although it does clearly state that if a customer is not happy with their purchase a discount can be offered on a comparable device. Unfortunately this option was never offered to me when I initially went into the location with the defective unit. This option was also not offered when I called to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution after the fact. I shop this store frequently. My wife shops this location on occasion. I did a simple search of my bank transactions for the month of April. During this time we have spent a total of $76 at this location. Over the course of a year that adds up to slightly over $900 per year..assuming we continue to exclusively shop this business... Which we will no longer do. Long story short.. You get to keep the $14 We will take the $900 in potential purchases elsewhere. Regards Former 8 year customer

I have had my ecig for two months now and have only been able to use it for three weeks. Everytime I go into the store, I explain that the item is defective, and in return I am told it is only sensitive. The ecig gets jimmy-rigged and works for a couple of days. I cannot see myself driving down Nicholasville every other day just to have the workers jimmy-rig it. It's not worth the gas or aggrevation. So I am left with a $50 paper weight. If you get a working ecig, Fantastic! The product is worth it, if it works! If you happen to get a defective device, don't believe their 90-day guarantee. They will just frustrate you until you go away. By the way, my ecig worked intermittently during the first week. I went back after having the item for one week, and it still didn't occur to them that it may be defective. All in all, for the past two months I could have (and would have) spent additional money for the liquid and the filter, but instead they will no longer get my business and I am left with a useless device.

Yet couldn't make a sale to me is crazy. Basically this place is as worthless as a screen door on a submarine. This is why the internet is putting shops like this out of business.
