Super awesome local, family owned pharmacy!…read more Everyone in there is friendly! Came here last week to see if they had an inhaler for my son because the normal big pharmacy that I go to said I was to wait until the next day to receive it. I walked in, and he had it! Today I came in no lie... I left my doctor's appointment 3 blocks away walked through the door and waited probably not even 5 minutes for my script! I'm grateful and happy to support a local business and I recommend you do too!

Now not is OnPoint Roslyn having difficulty getting a different med in stock, they keep saying they will deliver on a specific day and do not follow through, and then I am the one who has to make a phone call to follow up. I just called to cancel my order, explained patiently all the problems I have had, and not a mutter of an apology. DONE with OnPoint. (Also: note that all but one of the good reviews on Yelp are prior to when OnPoint took over in September of 2022.) Don't mess with people's health.

I've tried Optum rx and its the worst. Here I felt like they actually where listening to me. The pharmacist helped me transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy and best thing is they deliver. I was going to Rite aid and CVS jumping from pharmacy to pharmacy but the thing is they were all the same, huge lines, some people seemed not to care, out of stock on prescriptions u name it. So glad I found Arsh pharmacy right here in Franklin Square. I also got my flu shot here to quick and painless. Highly recommend. They went above and beyond!

Shopping at The Square, Health & Wellness store is a misnomer; this isn't retail, it's a full‑scale…read morehealth and wellness center. It truly operates as a one‑stop shop for care, support, and restorative services -- do tell of a place that understands whole‑person wellness. The Square, Health & Wellness is huge and has so much to offer, for instance, a full line of health aid equipment, OTC Meds, food, drinks, they even have accessible scooters to rent yet still offering more. Like What? Excellent question. They have a person merchandising, I think his name is Jeremiah or Jeremy. He is a wonderful part of this organization. He took time to explain some of the products so that you can make an educated decision when purchasing items and also offered to fit me for certain purchases. The brothers Mathew and Robbie are wonderful, they actually took the time to explain in depth about the accessible scooter rental and also explained that some items are reimbursed through your insurance. The Square, Health & Wellness is truly a center for the people, providing our needs with Trust, Honesty, Empathy, and Accuracy. I give them 5/5 and another 5/5. All good reasons to.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

My husband has been going to this pharmacy for a decade and has always been happy UNTIL TODAY. He…read morehad a very difficult surgery yesterday and was given too little pain medication at too small a dose. We called the doctor this morning to get some relief for pain management and they agreed to send a second prescription so he could get through the worst of it. When I walked in to the pharmacy to pick his prescription up this afternoon, the pharmacist (a man with close cropped hair) was complaining to the staff, and for all to customers to hear, about a woman patient he had been on the phone with. He basically described her as stupid and annoying for asking questions about her prescription. "I can't deal with her anymore," he said. He then turned to me and said that he would not fill my husband's prescription because it was "too soon." I explained the situation, and how we had talked to the doctor this morning and they had agreed and sent the second prescription, based on my husband's pain levels. He cut me off and said again that he would not fill the scrip. I asked him to please call the doctor and he refused that too, saying that he had already spoken with some receptionist in the doctor's office and that he didn't need to call and speak with the doctor--that it was "your fault for not following the doctor's orders and taking too many pain pills." It's important to note that I even though I was upset and concerned about my husband, I did not treat the pharmacist or his staff with disrespect, even as they were nasty, mean, condescending and accusatory to me. Cutting to the chase, the pharmacist and the female cashier there were so nasty that I had to leave and drag my husband, whose stomach was cut open in three places yesterday and in tremendous pain, out of his sick bed to come in. They refused him as well, and basically tried to make him feel like he had done something wrong and was trying to illegitimately "score" drugs (even though the DOCTOR wrote a second prescription and sent it to the pharmacy!). To top it all off, they then told him that they had decided to not fill the prescription at all because the pharmacist didn't like my personality.
