Everything is fun here at Urban Air. I'm not lying. I'm not being paid somehow to write a decent…read morereview. Nope. I am going out of my chaotically busy day to leave this review, because I mean every word and I am not a "cheerleading" parent. I generally don't care for places like this because I have to sit in a hard chair and wait until he's finished playing. I want to play WITH him! This place, UA, has so much going on! My child and this mama (me) had an amazingly fantastic time! It was fun wading through the clear bubble pit. It seriously is a good workout, plus, walking the plank is a bonus. The trampolines are just as fun as all the other trampolines BUT it wasn't nearly as crowded; no accidents means even more fun (for me)! Then, I saw the go carts and realized that MAMAS COULD DRIVE- not just kids and people running the exhibit!!!! Since my little monkey isn't big enough to reach the pedals, I got to be the driver. It was so much fun that we went probably 5 times before UA closed. My kid thought it was the greatest thing ever when another mama entered the track and we locked eyes as way of greeting, we both knew what needed to be done: a race so epic that the camera couldn't keep up to take a picture. The photo of us smiling is after the go carts. Genuinely smiles = really excellent memories. It is NOT cheap. It is substantially more than places like Safari Nation, literally any of the museums (the one in Raleigh is probably the closest in price) and of the other places for kids that I am blanking on. To be a parent/member and get to also use the go-karts, each kid is roughly $110 for 6 months of prepaid unlimited play. It's $60 for an annual membership for parents and allows them to use any of the exhibits that they wish, including go karts! So for $170-180 you are able to go as many times as you want for 6 months. If you pay full price for 6 months and add it all up, you come up with There isn't much of a discount for paying in full for 12 months.

The high jump trampoline which is supposed to be one jumper/trampoline had 5 kids jumping at a time with no supervision. The Zipline had no rules! Sometimes they let kids who didn't meet the hight go up, sometimes not and they said " the manager is watching". If you are going to take your child there, make sure you are watching them the whole time

If you are a parent who needs to work on the side and using the counter table and chair, it can be a bit of a mess and you might need to clean. They don't get used much so it can be overlooked. The top counter needs to be dusted periodically. It is covered by a thick dust if you wipe it. You won't notice it at first because of the colour of the counter but if you put something on it, you will bring with you dust bunnies. Need to check on toilet paper too. ;) Beside from that, staff are nice and rely do their job. It's a big place so I know some areas can be missed sometimes.

They also have a few video games, and while they are more active games (pedaling or kicking a soccer ball) our little ones seemed to gravitate towards those - even though our hope with going there was to be off screens. It was incredibly crowded. We couldn't even find a spot in the parking lot. Lots of people were parking across the way at Carrabba's so we did the same, but then as we walked up to the Sky Zone entrance there was a sign that said they would tow and to park next to Office Max. So I went back and moved the car, however, that was not the most ideal lot to have to walk over with kids since there's no crosswalk.

Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

Our experience was top notch. The prices are extremely affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks and they also offer a military discount on top of that. The soft play was executed well. We've been to several play places around the US to include Urban Air, Get Air, Jump Sky High (all trampoline parks) and Kids Empire type places and this one was the best out of all of them. The availability of separate play spaces for different ages was awesome. However, I truly believe the main reason this experience was as positive as it was is mostly due to the management of Daquan (DQ) and his staff. DQ was cleaning the entire time we were there. From vacuuming, to spraying and wiping down, to tidying up and interacting with kids... he was doing it all with excellence. His other staff member was super friendly as well. If other places had employees with work ethic even a tenth of the caliber DQ had, the world would be a better place and businesses would thrive. Hyper Kidz should take note and take good care of him! DQ, if you see this and want a career change in Florida, feel free to reach out and connect!

We got checked in and my two girls ran up and started playing. My son and I straggled behind a few moments. Before reaching the trampolines, one of the employees stopped us and said my son cannot wear the socks he was wearing. He was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Sock (the competition). I asked why he couldn't wear those socks since they were in compliance with what was required in their facility (grip bottom socks). The employee said they were "Galaxy Socks" and that it's policy. After a moment of awkwardness, they gave my son some other socks at no charge. After walking past them, I looked at my two daughters and one was wearing Urban Air Socks and the other was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Socks. They were never stopped and told to change socks. As I'm sitting here writing this review (I was going to give them a 3-Star review for the awkward interaction and inconsistent experience) the same employee kindly just walked up to me and handed me two pairs of socks for my girls. I smiled at him and thanked him. All in all, I appreciate the consistent effort. They were kind about it. I'll be back, again.

We arrived a little after ten and joined the 10:30-11:30a group. Speaking of monitors, they're very alert on the floor and I really respect the way the interacted with patrons. It can't be an easy job but they were very active in making sure little kids don't get trampled and people stay in appropriate areas. There is no way to escalate concerns with this company; only deal with the individual location. The way they treat their customers is disappointing and this doesn't even speak to all the negative reviews you see here on Yelp. There are much nicer parks in the area that value your business like Urban Air.
