My parked car was hit at Red Rocks on 10/2/24 by a Denver Snow "Limo"/Powderhound Transportation vehicle. The driver was not carrying insurance, the plates on the vehicle were wrong, and it wasn't registered. The owner of these companies, Joshua Gaines, proceeded to ignore the police for 2 weeks until a detective got involved, to whom he finally admitted that the company didn't have insurance. HOW do you own a company where your sole purpose is transportation and not have insurance or registration?! What if someone had been injured in the accident? Not only did this guy break the law in multiple ways, but now I have to pay for my own repairs. He only offered to buy a bumper and "pull dents out" at a shop of HIS choice when this is thousands of dollars of body damage that will need full part replacements. He ignored me AND the police when we repeatedly asked for vehicle information. This company should be put out of business. Website even says they have insurance and proper licensure. What a dangerous business practice.
