From start to finish, they made the process incredibly easy and seamless. It started with the estimate. The estimator who came out was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided us with a very fair quote. When I finalized the quote, they easily accommodated my adjustments and scheduled the job. Just a week later, Team 2 arrived to tackle our land - 1/3 of an acre full of dense trees on a steep hillside--an incredibly large and very difficult job--and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The entire crew was professional, pleasant, hardworking, and very thorough. They took care of everything we had discussed, and when the work was finished, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, removing all the debris and leaves and even blowing off our driveway. By the time they left, everything looked fantastic. My husband and I were thrilled with how great it looked. We have used several different tree service companies over the years, and All Around Arbor Tree Service was by far the best experience we have had. The level of service, professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail truly stood out. A huge thank you to Team 2 and All Around Arbor Tree Service for such an outstanding job. We will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and exceptional tree service company! This is by far the best company out there!

A couple days later someone else came by to do the stump grinding and he was also great but I unfortunately don't remember his name! Only small complaint is that communication with the office/scheduling etc had some minor hiccups across the process of getting someone out for a quote, work being done etc but everyone was very nice throughout so it was just a small annoyance not a big issue.

After talking directly via phone to the city tree inspector that was here I was told that the…read moreprimary reason for the denial of the permit was expiration due to lack of timely feedback from Evergreen regarding questions that were asked of them. I do not know the questions they were waiting on but I was told that if I want the sidewalk fixed I need to tear out the sidewalk first and THEN ask for a root inspection to see if the offending roots can be cut out and if not then a tree removal permit can be filed again. On a separate note: I would advise anyone thinking of planting a street tree in Portland to reconsider due to the long term expense of dealing with the inevitable sidewalk damage and upkeep. That $75 per tree at the time from Friends of Trees has cost me thousands so far and will cost thousands more in concrete repair and is never ending. Once you plant one you can't remove it without replacing it and starting the cycle again.

I reached out to Samsara as a new homeowner in the area back in July. I had 3 very large (one…read moregiant) Doug Firs on my property which bordered 2 of my neighbors, and they needed to be pruned. I gathered 4 different quotes, and theirs was right in the middle. I felt really comfortable talking with Ben- a senior arborist and climber-about the job. This was probably the main reason I went with Samsara. On the day of the job 5 young gentlemen reported for duty. They spent from 0900 to about 1600 to prune the trees, There were 2 climbers. After I inspected- I felt there was a little more that could be done to the largest of the 3 Firs. I asked for Ben to come out to assess the job. He said they did great on the upper limbs but saw my concern for the lowers and agreed to come back. I also had him look at a Blue Spruce on the street side of my property that I discovered had some sort of root rot (continuous water engagement) and a pretty severe lean and he agreed it could be a concern. I received a second quote for this work and it was more than reasonable. They scheduled me within 2 weeks- which was today- and I was amazed at the quick work they made of these two elements of the job. Ben was the climber/detailer for the big Fir, and two other gentlemen made quick work of the Spruce removal. Very, very minimal disruptions for my neighbors on the roadway! Also, I have to say that the estimates they provided for both jobs were very detailed and included lot photos and tree site identification- by far the most professional of all the quotes I received. I'm very happy with the work they have done and will continue to use them as the need arises whether for planned (or unplanned) tree maintenance and emergencies. 100% recommend!

Disrespectful and no pride in work or company. Let me preface by saying our home is on stilts (not…read morealways easy to work around, we get it). We hired ArborPro Tree Experts in December '25 to remove some dead trees from our property and trim up trees surrounding our home. A consultant from the company came out and we discussed in detail what work we wanted done because I knew it was a big job/ask and I didn't want anything miscommunicated. It was going to be expensive as well. We were reassured that the task was not too big and they could handle it. A crew came out and removed the dead trees, killing several plants in the process (Fine, that happens), the trimming of the trees along the house were done so poorly, lines were like ocean waves not linear the vegetation touching the house was not cut back as requested, the hedges by the road weren't touched. The work was so sloppily done I requested that they come back to further clean up and complete the work I had requested. Something I have NEVER EVER had to do. I would usually just suck it up as a learning experience and finish the job myself but this was BAD. A consultant came back out and agreed the work was sloppy BUT I would have to PAY EXTRA for it to be completed the way we had previously discussed. After negotiations a few days later another crew came out and completed the job...or so I thought. It still wasn't to my satisfaction but it was significantly better than they left in initially so I moved on. Fast forward to current time. We were having some preventative work done on our home, which included having our sewer scoped. When a technician went under our house to inspect the sewer line, he couldn't. He took photos to show exactly what had been left behind by ArborPros. Turns out all the debris that had been cut up had been dumped haphazardly under our house. A large pile of branches, leaves, and TRASH (drink containers, food waste) were pilled so intensely right ontop of the sewer access we weren't able to have that service performed. Not only was this company one of the most expensive companies we've given money to, they were also the most insultingly unsatisfying. It's sad to work with people who take no pride in there work, but also don't mind running their employers name through the mud. I couldn't refer this company any less. This is also the first time I have ever written a company review, but it had to be done. Very sad.

Quality Performance was used to trim a laurel hedge and remove a tree on the property line with my…read moreneighbors. The trimming and tree removal went fine, but they neglected to trim about 6 ft of the laurel hedge. In the written estimate that all parties agreed to it stated "reduce laurel to 10ft." When I called Quality Performance to discuss finishing the laurel job they explained that the whole hedge was not part of the estimate. I explained that nowhere in the estimate did it say they would not trim back the entire hedge. They began blaming my neighbor for the miscommunication when it is Quality Performance's responsibility to clearly indicate what is to be completed in the estimate. When I read "reduce laurel to 10ft" I assumed that meant the entire hedge and not a partial job. The worst part of working with this company was their customer service. What is clearly their responsibility they turned back around on me and my neighbors and were not open to listening or making the situation right. I will not work with this company again and I recommend anyone deciding to use them to be extremely clear in their written communication about what is to be completed in the job.
