I picked up my gooseneck trailer and needed a forklift to lift it a couple inches to get it up and over lip of the truck bed. I asked them for help, waited 30-minutes and called them to see if they were coming with the forklift-I was told they did not want to get the forklift stuck in the dirt parking lot and they were trying to work on a solution. After another 30-minutes of waiting, I used my 4-ton jack, some blocks of wood, and a lot of luck, I was able to lift the trailer enough to clear the lip and lock it on the ball of my truck-WITHOUT THEIR HELP!!! When I explained to them that my car had rarely been driven in 14 months because of surgeries that didn't allow me to use the clutch, they recommended that I not bring the car to their shop. Instead, they suggested that I totally empty the old gasoline that was in the car's tank, replace it with new gas and take it for a re-test. Apparently old gas can really throw off the test. Lo and behold, the car passed the emissions test with flying colors by doing exactly what they said! Other emissions centers had not been as honest. When my car needs repairs in the future, Hi Ho definitely will have my business!
