There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Morelia is incredible! I took my wedding dress to her and I'm so glad I did!! She took in the…read moreshoulders, hemmed the dress, shortened the incredibly long train, and designed custom sleeves. It couldn't have turned out better. The sleeves were extremely complicated, yet they now look like they came with the dress! It used to have short sleeves, but they were still super restricting. She fixed it so that even with long sleeves, I could move easier than when they were short. She's seriously magic. We gave her pieces of lace that matched my dress, and she cut it up and pieced it together so beautifully. You'd never be able to tell that they weren't the original sleeves! Although she's there to make the dress what you want, Morelia is not afraid to give her opinion and I'm grateful for that! I initially told her to do elbow-length sleeves, and she told me she thought I should do 3/4. I am SO glad I took her advice. She is the expert! Just trust her and you'll be so happy with the result! She's a perfectionist and everything came out so perfectly, I couldn't be happier! She is truly a master of her craft and will blow you away with what she can do. Worth every penny!
