I bought a $400 dress that ripped after two wearings. It was a summer dress and didn't realize it was ripped until I pulled it out to wear in summer 2024. I brought in and they told me too bad, too late??? It was over a year. Suggested I call the company myself. This wasn't some cheap dress. I though incorrectly that they would stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.

Beyond personable, I felt like I knew these two lovely ladies forever. I was greeted with a smile immediately when my husband and I walked in the store. I tried on a super cute boot in a size that was a bit too tight. Maria instantly called another store and the boot was in Darien that afternoon. I couldn't ask for better service. Such a breath of fresh air as I did NOT have the same experiences in fellow stores. It's so easy to be nice and these women have it down. Just have to exercise self control and not spend so much money there! Will definitely pop in to say hello when in the neighborhood.

Mostly what you will find here are high end brands and the Rei brand is of good quality but if you're on a budget there is very little to be had here. With that said, I get a lot of use out of the clothing I purchase so it's more of a buy once cry once situation. A lot of places are moving to a smaller footprint and more online shopping. This doesn't really work well for me but it is kinda the way the world is turning. Most average size people will be able to find something here but if you are on the smaller side or for kids there is a very limited selection

What he should have done, if he had any motivation at all was to see if they had any other Asics running shoes in wide widths, but he didn't because he just didn't care. While I choose not to get the leather sneakers done, it is because they are so worn that cost wise it was made clear the proper work that would need to go into fixing them outweigh the cost of buying a new pair, regardless of the fact that the newer made shoes just arent as well made today. I am still thinking about it as a possible investment while I shop for a new pair of sneakers. Meanwhile, I now know where to bring my boots. Note: he is closed on Mondays
