I was having issues with poor posture because I use the computer a lot and read books, so I'm constantly rounding my shoulders, and whenever I exercise, I was uncomfortable and in pain. Addie saved my posture and money from having to go to the doctors and chiropractors. After measuring you with alignment tools, Addie creates a list of personalized exercises to target certain areas that need improvement through strength and stretching. She is always concerned about your safety and comfort with the routines, so she'll modify the exercises. I've done the routines twice a day, once in the morning and before bed, and I've seen so much improvement. She recommended I get a professional massage because some of the exercises did not improve my shoulder mobility, and the massage therapist found giant knots and got them out over a few sessions, allowing me my mobility back. Then, the routines became easier, and my posture and mobility improved a lot again. My spine, neck, shoulders, back, and hips have straightened out and aligned properly, allowing me to exercise and move without pain.
