We love this restaurant for a number of reasons, the menu is not huge, but it covers the essentials. The combination of ingredients hence flavours is amazing. I started with cured Kingfisher. which had brown rice(cracked) and a really subtle wasabi, very tasty without the massive heat explosion. Mains for me was the beef Cap End (medium rare), nice and pink but with lovely grilled outer. Tomato skins, marrow bone and deep fried tendons. Very different, well worth the $40. My wife had the Tuna which was accompanied with tempura vegetables. This she enjoyed greatly, good portions both of them. I finished with Blue cheese another good portion, wife really, really enjoyed the goats milk chiboust. She just kept saying "these flavours are amazing".
