To follow up, after a busy day, we had a 3pm yum cha at the Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant located in the Geelong CBD. What a delight! The kitchen was technically shut when we arrived, but the lovely staff were happy to keep it open for us. We lunched on the classics: ginger prawn dumplings, shark fin and scallop dumplings and vegetarian spring rolls cooked to crispy perfection. When Twosheds' eyes were bigger than what could be eaten, our lovely attentive staff member happily converted remaining food to take away. The surroundings here are fantastic too. The mirror on the far wall was- you guessed it - filthy! with smeared wipe marks all over it. Silver Chopsticks does both sit down and take away (pick up) which adds to the flexibility. The staff are friendly and generally attentive. We have had one experience where they were super busy that we got a little left out and ended up with quite a long wait for food.
