Customer service skills are low. Very low. Rolling eyes. Poor communication. Frustration when we ask questions.

Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Great problem solvers!

You might think that seems like a fishy tactic to lure in customers for shoddy work. Definitely not the case here! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your garage doors. Thanks!

It took them 2 weeks just to put the deck in (yes, it was hot) but our backyard looked like a homeless camp every night. They left personal trash and a mess...every night until we reported them. The Patio crew had to redo the entire railing system the deck crew put up because it looked like a bad DYI project. The actual patio enclosure crew was excellent. Two brothers and crew were very hardworking, honest and reputable. Unfortunately the guy who came out to measure our gable windows mis-measured and we had to wait another 3 weeks for new glass. The spouting system they designed was also not working, so they had to put a different system on. It was seriously one problem after another. The price was absolutely ridiculous, and we asked for a discount due to all the issues and broken promises, but they only gave us $250 back, which we haven't received yet. Hardly touched the surface of our discontent.

Before purchasing, I specifically discussed my primary concern with the salesperson: through my windows. I even provided a competing quote showing the type of solar-heat-reducing glass I wanted, and we discussed this in detail. I was told American Weathertechs had a comparable product, and the salesperson demonstrated heat performance to me using a heat lamp. . The November 2025 installation had numerous problems, including windows that were difficult or impossible to operate, bowed sashes and installation deficiencies. I objected to signing completion paperwork because the work was not complete, but I was told to sign and not worry because I had a warranty and they would return to correct the problems. Financing was then processed. , . Fourteen sashes ultimately required replacement, yet problems remained. I eventually hired an independent third-party inspector, who documented additional concerns, including thermal observations and window/door deficiencies. The solar-heat issue also remained. Months after the sale, American Weathertechs told me that it does carry the type of Low-E coating/product that I had discussed at the point of sale. On August 5, the company proposed triple-pane inserts, but expected me to pay additional material costs. I asked for written performance specifications before agreeing to spend additional money. Instead, the company subsequently withdrew that proposal, refused further service and refused to return to finish the unresolved installation issues. They characterized the approximately $3,400 disputed balance as "bad debt," wrote it off to $0, and stated that my were void. . I have extensive emails, photographs, temperature documentation and an independent inspection report documenting my experience. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After spending approximately $49,000 and spending roughly nine months trying to get these issues resolved, .

I also had Champion in Dayton, OH build a much larger sunroom in my home there.) I will ALWAYS use Champion! Workers are dedicated and professional. I was surprised however that I had to contract for my own flooring, but it was/is fine. How wonderful to sit outside without BUGS. It is a four season room and I love it. I also got small windows at the bottom for my little dog and he loves it too. I highly recommend this company. Champion absolutely stands behind their products. While the "sunroom guys" were here they fixed a problem I was having with my storm door, which had been Champion installed in 2021. There are probably other companies that would be less expensive, but if you want the BEST and a company that stands behind their products, always choose Champion. Even though I am rapidly approaching 80, I love that this Champion Sunroom will be passed down for generations! I am a very happy and returning customer!

We had a signed contract with Champion Windows (Great Day Improvements DBA Champion Opco LLC)…read more After the sales appointment, I told the rep where we would need to be if they wanted us to move forward with the order. He said he couldn't do that. We let it go. The next day, Steve L called and asked what they could do to get the business and we told them (it was only like coming down like $1k). He said he could do it and we signed the contracts and everything. This was for like 9 double hung windows and 1 pane. So the second measurer came out and did all the measuring again. Then they took out their $4500 down payment. Then a couple weeks go by and we get a phone call from Steve saying the initial guy "measured wrong", even though what he had matched the second guys measurements, and we were going to have to come up with another $1100. I informed Steve that we didn't do anything "wrong" and therefore we would not be doing that and it was something they needed to resolve on their end and to honor the agreement. Steve took a week and after several calls, Larry F from the branch in Wichita called and said they couldn't honor the agreement at that price and I told them to then cancel the agreement and refund our money. All over a $1100 difference. We gave them EVERY opportunity to make things right and just move forward. This was always on them. Just an old bait and switch, give them one price agreed to in a binding contract, and then tell them a mistake was made and ask them for more money. I will be reporting to the BBB as well as every social media/website possible about our very poor experience with Champion and the installers for them in Wichita. Buyer beware.

Is it unreasonable to expect new windows to be cleaned and fingerprint free?…read more After a couple of other quotes we selected Windows Plus. The windows from Windows Plus gave us more window than the competitors. We did not have to order all new blinds where we would have needed to with the other local options. Unfortunately my husband and I had to leave out of the state for a family emergency. We were available for the first day installation but could not be here for the entire installation. No, my husband nor I could not have waited to leave. My brother in-law was available for the rest of the installation. Personally I prefer to have all work inspected prior to final Payout but could not leave that responsibility to another person. We arrived back home a week after the windows were installed. Once I started inspecting the windows I immediately messaged the company. After several emails and pictures sent showing some of the problems an appointment was made for two representatives to come out and inspect. Let's just say every window had some problem (gaps in the frames, a spot visible to the eye in between the glass panel, missing screen, poor screening, missing screen nut, frames cut too short, damaged decorative wood window trim ....) in addition to each window would need to be cleaned. The window installers were very nice and courteous when we were here the first day. They were very mindful of our cat who often likes to "escape" to be chased around the yard. One of our half moon shaped windows were being changed into a rectangle casing window. It turned out beautiful with the exception of the vinyl framing on the outside where there was a gap. Extremely long strand shortened - most issues primarily the blatant ones have been resolved. We still need to clean all our new windows.

Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. They did our carriage house in early spring 2026, and the same attention to detail means we now own two very spiffy historic structures. Call Buckeye, you can't go wrong.

They were friendly, courteous, answer every questions we had, clean up after installation, etc. We needed a new door, just happen I work for (note that I am an employee of) Champion; of course they are our first choice, especially with their lifetime guarantee and abilities to custom order it. We selected the door with 2 side panels with half glass, in purple. They delivered everything on March 10th, 2026. As soon as the door came of the truck, I knew it was the wrong one. Not the door I ordered. They had to install it since I got no door at this point, but they reported the issue. Within 48 hrs, we got a call they have re-ordered the correct door for us and it will be done within 6-8 weeks. Totally understand, as there were other orders already went in after us. We were okay with it. 6 weeks would be the week of April 20th, 8 weeks week of May 4th. We got a call the week of May 4th saying our door is done and will be delivered May 12th. The day came around, nothing. My husband called on the 13th, cust service said they do not have our order for the replacement! A sign of what to come. I called on Friday the 15th, thank goodness this time, the person found the replacement order. I asked where is it & what's going on. All she said it should take 7-10 weeks not 6-8. So I should give them until end of May. That would be more than 10 weeks! By now it was 9 weeks already. The following week on Wednesday, I called again. This time, the person actually took the time to find out (maybe, how would I know). He tried to reach 2 scheduling people but none available. He told me, he left a msg for a person named Robin, and she will call me that day or Friday by the latest. That same day, I texted our sales person. He was surprised about what's going on and promise to get to the bottom of it. I got a text later on, saying someone named Angela will call me today. No call from Angela Thursday 5/21, told Drew, Angela never called. At this point I am so done with all of them. I know for a fact they have my door. They have the color cuz they painted the wrong door already. So it wouldn't take 10 weeks to paint one. We havr paid it in full, so to them it isn't urgent since there is not a hole in my house. I told Drew, if they cannot deliver the door by Friday or Tuesday at the latest, then I want a refund. I am tired of waiting. The door they delivered is wrong! So I shouldn't be charged for it. I didn't get a response from him. But the next thing we know, a lead installer called us a couple hours later and said he's going to install my door tomorrow (on Friday!!). What a joke. Only after I threatened them that I want a refund, they move like lightning. If they treated an employee like this, I cannot imagine how would they treat customers. I do not ask to be treated more than any other customers. But you would think, they want to treat their employee a little better just so we can brag about them when I am working promoting it. Beyond disappointing.
