I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

He dropped my car off to the Maserati dealership and sent me a confirmation that it was dropped off. I thought everything went smooth until the Maserati dealership called me saying that the person who towed my car broke my Tie Rod which costs thousands of dollars for my car. I contacted Lem and at first he seemed as though he wanted to resolve the issue. After telling him how much the damage would cost, Lem stopped replying. My car got towed on March 30, 2024 and he is still until two days ago (4/24/24) not answering my calls or messages. I just wanted his insurance information but he refused and instead made everything difficult. It took me finding and actually going up to his shop to get any type of information (not from him). And even now, my car is still in the shop waiting to be fixed. Lem was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself.
