We hired T&M Builders LLC (Mark Guerrieri) for a new construction house to do our driveway pavers,…read moreBelgium blocks, and walkway from the driveway to the front of the house. My husband and I made sure and choose colors and patterns from (Brane supply) for the projects as we wanted to get this job done quickly so we can move into the house during summer. We were crystal clear with Mark Guerrieri from day one with the time frame and wanting to move into my house because our current lease was going to exp. in July 2023. I was told by Mark Guerrieri on the day of the agreement back in May 2023 that it will only take two-three weeks to fully complete the whole project I will order everything once I get four checks of $5000.00 under my personal name then in week delivery will be made to my house in Montville and meanwhile going to prepare while we wait for delivery all this was told by Mark Guerrieri and he was so rushing us to give him the project. My husband asked if he had any other jobs because that would interfere with work at my house and then all the excuses will come out of contractors we know that please be honest if that's the case we'll look for someone else for our project. Mark Guerrieri first before taking money will always answer our calls and text messages and call us even on weekends. Once the money was in his account things changed really quickly I gave depoist on May 15th, 2023 then going forward he stopped answering calls, and texts for more than three weeks meanwhile nothing was delivered at my house nor they ever came to prep like Mark Guerrieri told us. This contractor is very very unprofessional and really rude. After trying for more than three weeks to get hold of Mark Guerrieri my husband's friend saw his car and him at another house working meantime he wasn't even answering our calls at this time. My husband's friend pulled over and asked him why aren't you answering calls and texts, he said I do call them but the material is a backed order because the company still has to make it in production for pavers and Belgium blocks so it will take more than three weeks to get the material until than we can't do anything with his project. This information was never shared or provided to us before taking money or placing an order. I asked Mark Guerrieri for proof of invoice that the order was placed and it's in back order which he couldn't provide because there wasn't an order placed for my material. At this point, it was the end of June I was really frustrated because everything that came out of his mouth was lies and more lies. I respectfully asked for a refund and requested him not to come to my house ever again. I haven't heard back from the contractor nor refund came thru.
