I normally don't write reviews, but wanted to share our positive experience with A&E Plumbing. Our…read morehome was built in the late 80's and was plumbed with the dreaded gray "poly" pipe, which is basically a time bomb. We had a few "pin-hole" leaks, which prompted us do the re-pipe before something catastrophic happened. We had A&E repair a sewer line several years ago (they came highly recommend), and were very pleased with their fairness, efficiency, and quality. We had Eric come by to give us a quote for the re-pipe job, and were very impressed with his thoroughness and suggestions for improvements. He was very patient as we walked through the house and discussed various different options. I was very surprised how competitive the quote was, even beating out the "Family Friend" quote. Eric estimated that the project would take 3 days. His crew showed up punctually on day 1, and went straight to work. After a long day, they had ran most of the lines, and to my surprise, they had water running to one of the bathrooms so we were able to spend the night in our home. They showed up on day 2, and after another long day, finished the entire re-pipe (a day early!). Walking through house and looking at the work, it feels clean and you can see the quality. Eric was very responsive to my ideas and questions, and walked me through the pros and cons of various options. He wasn't pushy, and respected my ideas. I'm generally skeptical by nature, but A&E Plumbing have definitely earned my trust and business.
