It was my first time setting up a trailer solo, but they showed me everything I needed to do. I recorded video. Later that evening camping, I even had an issue with getting the generator started and that evening, the on call gentleman was able to FaceTime me and walk through the process. Service was amazing. This time I am shock with the lack of customer support and especially from ownership. We rented 3 trailers and had 2 dropped off off of 260. This is an extra charge we paid for. We also had a 3rd trailer that was picked up. The 2 trailers dropped off were horrible. Bathrooms not cleaned! Toothpaste on the mirrors floors around toilets were never cleaned. We had a mouse in one with a house built from left over toilet paper under the sink. Same trailer blinds broken and smashed above bunks. The worst was the second trailer dropped off. To preference we rented this and trailer one year ago and it was new and in good shape. This time dropped off filthy in addition to dirty bathroom we got a bonus of 4 old sweaty cheese burgers left in microwave. Then we open the fridge which wasn't working and discovered black mold troughout! We immediately called Garvins and from the afternoon until 9pm they promised to have someone show up to clean and fix. No one ever showed up that night. We ended up having to clean before we could sleep in them. We had young children and inexperienced campers with no where to put them. They finally showed up the next day to address some of the issues. The people who dropped off the trailers and came to fix the next day are super awesome. The 3rd trailer that we towed up had multiple issues as well. Generator would not start. Propane bottle leaking. We had to replace with one of ours as valve was leaking. Battery wouldn't charge when we used one of our generator so heater and water pump was intermittent. All of this we could have sorted out with them if we could discuss some compensation. However the owners have not called back as promised. Only one late phone call after promised by 5pm then around 7 when unable to talk. He promised to call next day but now 3 days later and nothing. How do you not compensate the people who have used your services for 4 years?! Well hopefully we will hear from them until then super disappointed!

This is a beautiful park, very peaceful and quiet in a great location to everything. However they…read morecall it a RV Resort but in all honesty it's a vacation village of privately owned park models. They rent out vacant lots for RV guest. The park management was very courteous and yes the WiFi was very fast. There are a couple small issues that may be bigger issues for some like there are no bathrooms and shower but let's be real, if you have a motorhome or travel trailer you really don't need them you should have your own. Trees are a issue for satellite and the cable tv inputs are only for long term guest and residents. The BIG issue is that the park roads are extremely narrow with some corners cannot be made with a large RV. In our short time stayed I met a lot guest that hit trees or rocks on street corners and RV spaces corners. It's very difficult while maneuvering the narrow streets and sharp corners to the your rv spot. This park is not Big Rig friendly. I however have been RVing for over 20 years and did manage extremely carefully and cautiously with a great deal of stress maneuver our 45 foot Prevost H3 through the park. Several streets the management will even warn you that a simple right or even left turns cannot be made. Unfortunately as friendly as the staff was and as beautiful as the park is I would never try my luck again taking our bus there again. We had a great stay but it is only by the grace of God I was able to get in and out without damaging our Coach. In conclusion I highly recommend this park for smaller RV's and trailer but Big Rigs use extreme caution and be for warned.

The first building you come to after entering the drive to the park is where guests check in. Guests will get maps and other information for the park before even entering. The park has a guard gate with keypad for residents to open the gate. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. There is grass at each site and in common areas. They have many amenities such as a cafe, swimming pool, sauna, gardening area, wood shop, gym, weight room and golf course The sites are owned by residents with the RVs, park models or larger homes. Some are for sale by owner or real estate agencies. The prices are a bit higher than many parks because they will own the site, as well. I definitely recommend this park. It is lovely and everyone I met seemed happy with the park and people working there. Not everything is open (ex: cafe) because of covid-19 pandemic closures.

Some people just are not meant to be out among us and cannot seem to find a way to fit in to society. My wife and I have stayed at this park a number of times over the last several years and found the owners to be helpful and more than willing to go out of the way to help in any circumstance. The only reason I hesitate to write a review is because it will bring more RVers and make it more difficult to find a spot when we want it but that aside this is a great park, in a great location, run by great people.

Even though it was near the road it was very quiet all night. My sister's family stayed in a cabin that was clean, quaintly furnished, and had a functional kitchen and bathroom. We stayed in one of the RV spots in our 32' motorhome and enjoyed full hookups on a pretty level gravel pad. Navigation and parking was easy. The hosts were amazing! We got in around 7:30pm and they met us, showed us around, and called ahead to alert the Alpine Grill & Still across the street we were on our way for dinner. We were able to walk to dinner and back. The cabins have been closed for awhile but were remodeled and re-opened this summer. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back when we're in the area.
