The worker behind the counter just looked at me like "oh well". He didn't even apologize for his mistake. He just stood there with his legs crossed and his arms crossed like I wasn't even in the room anymore. Terrible service. Not only did they want to know how I FELT (which was a big deal to me)..... they also took the blame for their employees mistake. We loaded the bus and headed back to the starting point. I love this float because we were the only ones on the river. There was no packing of people onto the bus and unloading with a slew of others with their tubes. We had the river to ourselves and we loved it.
