Everything has been wonderful place is beautiful pretty much taken care of the contest. People are out of this world right on top of everything the only thing I had a problem with is that they had there are some missing tiles in the hallway leading to our room and there's a lot of water stains like I guess a rain problem or something, but unfortunately that takes away from the quality of the hotel the breakfast buffet I didn't get a picture of it right away, but they had like omelettes. They had French toast making them waffles. They had sausage and fries it actually style with four kinds of juice and there has fresh oatmeal, yogurt, milk you could take regular yogurt and stuff. They also had granola and things they had three different kinds of Paul cereal then they had the waffles in the French toast and the home fries and etc.. They had the making an egg sandwich sandwiches. They had bagels English muffins we could eat some plain over with the toast toasted and we have fresh muffins blueberry not like fresh fresh fresh in the package they have coffee all the time tea regular decaf coffee regular decaf tea if you can't find something to eat that you like here then you probably won't find anything. But it goes from like 7 to 10 in the morning for breakfast and then they have during the week it's a different time. I think it's up to 10 o'clock that starts at like six. We're sitting here in the dining area just watching the storm relaxing with our coffee the way we were going to until this afternoon so we're just taking our time this morning.

Cookies are served Mon-Thurs late afternoon/early evening. They just started the Mixer on Wed evenings. Breakfast has numerous options: waffles, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, breads, juices, fresh cut fruit, dry cereal, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. The gym is adequate. I really love that they have pet-free floors. As a non-pet owner I get turned off when entering a room that is full of pet hair and odors. The hotel location is ideal as well, it's within walking distance to a gas station, grocery store and mini/strip mall with a Super Target, Dollar Tree, movie theater and multiple restaurants (fast and sit-down).

This hotel was wildly ok. The room was nice and comfortable, but nothing to write home about. The…read morebed was comfy; however, the pillows were flat as can be. I was a little irritated that they didn't offer basic bath amenities. A tiny bottle of lotion certainly won't break the bank, but it's annoying to realize there's none available unless you buy it from their commissary for a premium price. The gym was ok, I'm not sure how often it is cleaned or attended to. The water station with cups was missing cups every day, so my hunch is it's infrequent. Lastly, echoing what someone else shared with the breakfast, I was a little shocked how much was pre-packaged cereals, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc. I was grateful they had milk alternatives available, but otherwise not the best showing there either.

What I don't get is half-full chafing dishes, half-pans full up are much easier to manage and look way more appealing :-\ Plenty of hot water in the shower but within a minute the drain can't quite keep up, standing in standing water does not help me get me clean :-( Got wash cloths and plenty of clean towels for after, but how about some help getting rid of the water? I stay at IHG properties because I like consistent experiences but y'all are not representing the brand greatly...

At breakfast at 7am on 1/24 there were…read moreonly homeless people, very dirty looking, and 2 of them were shaking from drug use while eating with their hands out of the hot bar. Staff took my complaint and seemed like this type of activity was normal. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling of my room. I had to clean the HVAC filters in my room for the heat to work. The hot water stopped working because they don't maintain the building systems, this was on my last night and they had no plan to fix it, just told me it was normal. Manager Jocelyn told me I would receive a refund and when I called the next day to ask where my refund was she told me it wasn't happening. Manager Jocelyn, worker Kathy, and resident drug addict Walter (missing teeth and dirty) told me to never return to their hotel. Walter followed me into the parking lot and physically threatened me with the manager Jocelyn and worker Kathy standing by his side. The hotel claims to not allow pets, however, I saw at least 5 pets on this stay. One of them was completely untrained and almost jumped on me as the owner was loosely holding it. It was NOT a service animal. This hotel is extremely dangerous and if you are traveling from out of state you NEED to pick another hotel for your health and safety.

Room had a queen bed, microwave, mini fridge, and flatscreen TV. Free wifi as well...depending on the device it was spotty - my Nook color and phone kept dropping the signal, but my boyfriend's laptop kept it fine. There's about four routers that come up, and all had equivalent signal for us. The bed was a little on the hard side and the blankets were pretty thin, but surprisingly the mattress didn't bother me physically. If you're going to be around Providence and want to not break the bank, this place is pretty good. FYI: only supplied toiletry was a bar of soap...and we had to ask for two more pillows. Pillow situation was easily rectified at the desk when we asked for two more...and the toiletry issue was solved by a trip to the drugstore.

Surprised to see a small fridge & microwave. Very limited tv with no cable. Perspective is what you need here. If all you need is a no frills clean place to sleep and bathe then you wont be disappointed. Now the rub: no ironing board, no hair dryer, only 2 thin small towels (should at least provide 4 if they want to use that size), only 2 pillows (4 should be standard as many people use 2), an uncomfortable bed and no extra toilet paper beyond the half role left when we checked in. I'd also suggest extra hooks in the bathroom since there is zero room on the pedistal sink to put anything. As long as your prepared for this, you'll be fine.

I hope that changing the name means other changes will be made too. I don't recommend staying here. Below is my original review from late summer, 2021 when the business was called All Seasons Inn & Suites.*** The 2 stars are for the super comfy bed and the lovely housekeeping staff. But everything else was seriously lacking and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless everything else in Smithfield is booked and you have to, which is how I ended up here. It was about $150/night, which is waaaay overpriced. It's really more like an $89/night motel, and that's generous- the kind of place you'd expect to find just off some scary highway in a horror movie. Chair and couch w mystery stains on them? Check! Pillows that didn't fit the bed size and were constantly falling behind the headboard so you'd hot your head when you wanted to lean back? Check! A toilet that was installed incorrectly so it was at an uncomfortable angle, cigarette burn stain on toilet, peeling paint on the walls, and halls that reeked of marijuana most evenings? Check check check check! The parking lot is huge but not well lit at all, and there's no security guard outside. And the lobby smelled funny, although the guy who worked there was pleasant enough. The worst part is that the security door that should have been locked wasn't. Anybody could've gotten into the hotel. Luckily the door on my specific room worked and it had a deadbolt so I felt pretty safe, but still! Definitely not the safest place in town, and honestly that seems like a major violation for a hotel. I was nervous when I had to go out at night. It's called 'Inn and Suites,' but where were the suites, and why didn't they give me one since the place was nowhere near ful?! Or if my room is what they consider a suite I'm scared to know what a regular room is like. But the housekeeping staff was very nice and attentive and I appreciated that they cleaned my shower every day, made the bed, and gave me fresh towels. The shower was nice too- good water pressure. But even with that- would I stay here again? Nope!
