He welcomed us with a big smile, gave us local dinner recommendations, chatted with us about the area, and really set the tone for our stay. Other front desk staff and the housekeeper were also very nice. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and our queen room had no issues. The TV had a slightly cool/blue tint, but nothing that impacted comfort. We had plenty of space, no noise issues at all, and slept well. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast -- lots of oatmeal and yogurt toppings, which we appreciated. The only funny downside: frozen Eggo waffles made an appearance . Also, we could've used more towels and washcloths, but to be fair, we didn't ask -- and I'm confident they would've provided more. What really stands out here is convenience: * Super close to the airport and highway * Tons of free parking * Easy access to restaurants * Very family-friendly (we saw lots of families) * No stairs needed, elevators available, and generally accessible I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to road trippers, airport travelers, couples, and families. Comfortable, reliable, and a great base for exploring the area.

Everything was clean, and staff was helpful. Even though it's near the airport, it is pretty quiet. It is a long walk from the airport to the hotel, but it's mostly indoors with a small strip outside once you extra between the station & hotel.

No significant complaints regarding cleanliness, but it was starting to show its age, particularly in the bathroom edges, door frame, etc. The main living space such as the bed, counters, fridge, etc. seemed clean, and the towels were nice. The lobby and breakfast area was big, bright, open and clean, and as noted the breakfast seemed much better than what I'm used to at similar hotels. The gym is small considering the amount of space they dedicated to conference rooms and the lobby, but seemed to have some decent equipment in it. The pool was small and didn't seem particularly well-maintained. Water definitely needed a refresh, but it's wet, and that seemed good enough for some of the kids staying there. The parking lot uncovered, but massive, which is nice. They were struggling with ice control in a couple spots, but those areas were flagged and overall it was well-maintained. Fringe benefit - you're VERY close to a solid brewery. About 1/2 a mile. Walkable if you're so inclined, but it's a bit of a challenge due to fences. Very quick drive. Leave via the parking lot entrance on the restaurant side, turn left, stay on that street until you turn left just before the field of solar panels...

Let's break it down on the Rick Scale: Value: Very reasonably priced. 5/5 Room: Good size with plenty of storage, decent sized bathroom and comfortable bed. 5/5 Hospitality: Front desk was super accommodating and nice. Rest of the staff seems very happy to help you. 5/5 Housekeeping: Not the cleanest Garden Inn that I have stayed at. Could use some TLC. 3/5 Maintenance: This hotel is starting to show its age. From noisy HVAC systems to little defects in the furniture, it's all starting to show. The carpet in the rooms and hallway need to be replaced asap. It gives a strong musty odor. 2/5 Restaurant: Great selection of food and drink. It's not a typical Garden Inn restaurant but rather an actual bar joined to the hotel via a hallway in which you'd need your room key to re-enter the hotel. Overall it's a great place; close to the airport if I'm traveling through for work, it does the job well but really needs an update for the rooms. I stay here often and I notice it's slowly declining in quality.

Upon arrival the room was at 68 (below 30 outside) soooo turned that sucker up. Put it on 74 and thought it would warm up overnight. Arrived pretty late, after 11pm. To my suppose the room was still at 68. And getting out of a warm bed to that was not my idea of a good morning. I called the front desk and the agent confirmed I was using the right thermostat to control the temp and noted that maintenance would check it. That was fixed as when I returned it was a nice balmy 76! Downside though was the unit did an odd cycling thing with warm air....cold air...warm air. So it never shut off at night and tan the entire time. Their drive way is odd, one way only and Tuesday morning there was a delivery truck blocking the exit. Thankfully no one else was behind us so we were able to back out. The room felt very industrial. Concrete walls and high ceilings, with an almost open concept bathroom. Barn door and the shower was a waterfall (over head) with hand held option thankfully. If you've got curtly hair, you know why a waterfall shower is the worst. And to ere was no shower cap as an option. The shower itself did not go all the way to the ceiling which also meant there was no barrier between you and the room. If share with a partner may not be bad but with friends, that's a nightmare. Other downside was the lock was funky. When leaving for dinner, thank goodness I checked the lock as it did not lock. I had to open the door and mess with it to finally lock. All in all decent hotel however I can't say I'd stay again.

The room was clean and housekeeping did an amazing job during my stay. The one thing I didn't like was the room didn't have a microwave, so you had to travel to one of the other designated floors and use the microwave that was at the end of the floor. It just felt awkward and uncomfortable. I'd stay again if needed.

There are large meeting spaces and they're known to hosts many events. The parking lot was huge and complimentary; there is one electric vehicle charging spot. The amenities include, indoor pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and shuttle service. I've been to many events over the years there, including a New Year's Eve party and a wedding. The space is clean and modern. My family and I stayed there recently. The room was nice. We had a king bed, a chair, large TV, desk, Keurig machine, and decent bathroom. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great and firm. I've been to many hotels where the pillows are just limp and flat. The room was quiet and I didn't hear my neighbors. Unfortunately, there was some sort of youth sports conference event the weekend we went and the pool was packed everyday with tweens. Needless to say, we didn't get to swim in the pool. Overall, we did have a nice stay and would definitely stay there again.
