My family members shared a bottle of Ercole Barbera Del Monferrato 2021. The shop is beautiful and has such a relaxing vibe. I loved the blind date wine bottles, where you pick the bottle without seeing it but instead based on a small description. A great surprise where you can find a new wine love. Table wine is the perfect spot to drink, shop, and find gifts for wine lovers.

Having been here for a Yelp event I wanted to given it a try with my wife in tow. It happened to be the night of the Make Madison Music event and they had a very nice band under their pergola in the garden. Fortunately the rain had ended so we were able to enjoy the band with our wine. The wine store itself has a nice selection with reasonable prices. They were not doing flights this evening because of the Music event so I got a glass of wine. I wasn't ready to pay $12 for a glass so I got a 1/2 glass of a Douro Rive Portuguese wine for $6. It was good but a 1/2 glass is really a small pour. I guess if you are just selling wine you need to make your money somehow. My wife got a Poppi soda? and really enjoyed it. I think if you buy a bottle you can drink it on-site but there is a $10 corkage fee (need to double check that). That may be the way to go next time...

This had to be experienced. And, so we made our way here. It is a robust, larger liquor store. Exposition? Possibly? Large for a usual liquor store? Definitely. They had plenty to choose from. We were in the market for some scotch and drambuie (rusty nails, here we come). We found both. The server was kind and the prices were about average. The store was easy enough to navigate if a bit haphazard (neatly stocked linear lines, it was not). It was a little worn in that way that liquor stores can sometimes be (Discount Liquor in Milwaukee, I'm looking at you) that makes it feel like a true mom and pop kinda shop. All in all, they had a nice selection at a decent price. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Get to it!

While sitting at the bar, we were able to chat with the owner. He shared his story as well as his plans for growth of the business. He works with other businesses in the area which is always great to hear. Shortly before we were ready to leave, a couple came in and didn't seem to really know what they wanted. The owner did a great job of describing the liquor options, making cocktail recommendations, and then ultimately went off menu to make cocktails they would like. We visited this winery twice…read more The first time we tried a flight of four of the drier wines, reds and whites. We decided Vino Yay was our favorite and we will buy a bottle next time we are in town. My boyfriend also tried the wine slushee in tropical flavor and loved it. I thought it was too sweet, but many people were coming in to order it! The second visit we had another flight of 4, this time we tried the sweeter wines, which was a little unsuccessful for us because we don't like sweet wines as much but had to give it a try. We also had the charcuterie board which was really good. Had a nice large load of salted bread, along with fresh cheese curds, salamis, meats and olives. A perfect little snack for two. In the back you can sit out and look at the small vineyard. It's really beautiful on a nice sunny day.
