It doesn't bother me that the store doesn't have the spirit in stock or the ability to specifically make sure I get a bottle. What bothers me is that the man I spoke to on the phone made me feel stupid for even asking if they may have some come in stock. I understand certain spirits are really hard to come by and it can be frustrating dealing with these type of requests if it's something that is in high demand, but it is exceptionally poor customer service to ridicule someone for asking a question when the website specifically boasts of the business' ability to help find rare bottles.
