Date of visit: March 6, 2025…read more I stopped here on my way home from work as they were listed as a retailer that carried Minocqua Brewing Company products and I wanted to support their mission while thanking our wonderful dog sitters. Upon entry I was not greeted, just stared at, like I walked in naked. I looked around and found the beer located in the back and spent a good 15 minutes trying to find the Minocqua section. The beer does not seem to be organized in any particular way and I had nearly given up when I found that they carried two varieties, and only in single cans for $4.99/can. While not a beer drinker, that still seemed a bit steep to me. They also had nothing to put the cans in, so I had to gather up the four and walk up to the register. Just before I finished, an employee walked back by me, not to see if I needed any help, but probably to see why I was taking so long. He said "Hi," but didn't ask if I needed any help and the man behind the register wasn't any friendlier. Definitely don't see a need to come back here.

Always like our neighborhood Ray's for their sales and events. They have a tap room towards the…read moreback where you can grab drinks, play trivia, etc. If you sign up for emails, you'll get sales, event details (both in Tosa and the new taproom in Mequon), etc. They also throw some neighborhood parties in their parking lot that we've gone to a few times. Usually in connection with some good breweries (3 Floyds) and they have food trucks! Small-ish store but they pack it full. Plenty of choices and more than enough staff around to help with questions and keep checkouts moving.

Interior is nicely laid out and decently maintained. Prices are comparable to Pick N Save and the couple other Liquor stores in the general area. On the negative... The strip mall the shop is in, is rather run down and needs a good upgrade, especially the parking lot. This effects the "curb appeal" of shopping there.

The guy said really and stormed out after saying he will never spend his money in his store ever again. The guy seemed real and just forgot his wallet but the owner just didn't care and totally seemed like a prick to a regular customer. The whole thing was not cool just as a by stander watching and if this is how he treats regulars, people should keep driving to the next place.
