She has a surcharge of $20 per visit for holidays and the days around the holidays (sometimes the weeks), which I found a bit high and since I usually go on vacation around holidays (I'm a teacher), I would have to avoid a fair amount of possible vacation dates to be able to afford her fees. Also, she lives too far from us, so our only option for vacations would be to pay the $200 fee for overnights and I was not clear if she'd be with the dogs during the day because she said she's usually gone around 11 am into the the later evening. Tina knows everyone in the pet community and we had a rewarding time trading information about vets, chiropractors for dogs, etc. I feel like she'd be a great fit for us if her fees were lower, or if she lived closer to us.

The notes that she left for us during her visits were very detailed and showed great care and compassion for our dog. She played outside with him even in the cold weather, sat with him while he ate, and left a nice toy for him too. We feel that she went above and beyond what we would have expected and will hire her again without hesitation.

Last year she broke a nail a few weeks before her yearly checkup appointment and when I brought her in to get the nail looked at, Doctor Osadjan had noticed she had a checkup scheduled soon and offered to do it during that appointment so I didn't have to come back or pay another office visit bill. She broke a nail again today and when I called, they said they were completely booked for a few days but would see what they could do. When they called back, they said they were able to get her in within the next two hours. I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit her into their schedule on such short notice. Along with how kindly they treat the animals, they always make my life easier when I go there. This past winter I had my 3 month old baby with me when I had to bring Sophie in. The COVID protocols were over but they still offered for me to wait in the car with my baby and said they would come out and get Sophie, bring her into the office and just call me so I didn't have to bring the baby in. I'm really thankful we found this vet, they make having a sick animal a little less stressful!
