Trust us when we say our puppy never gets tired and has lots of ENERGY. We were not training our dog very well-even though we tried our best-and on our second visit to the vet to get her shots, the vet had a very hard time controlling our puppy and suggested that we take our puppy to training and referred us to BA Professional K9 Training. We followed the vet's advice and contacted Ben. My wife and I both are extremely satisfied with the results we have seen in two months of training. It is amazing to see such drastic improvement in such a short time. We would recommend BA Professional K9 Training to anyone who needs help training their dog, needs help correcting certain behaviors, or just wants to attain the best owner / dog experience, Ben, has helped us so much with our new labrador puppy and has a very planned and methodical approach to his training. When we drop off / pick up our puppy for day training we get individualized training based on the needs of our puppy. We can also plan on having a tuckered out well exercised dog that day. Our six month old puppy has learned to walk properly on her leash (no pulling ) which has taken a once stressful time to an enjoyable time with our dog. She has learned to greet people calmly and to refrain from jumping. Our puppy is getting plenty of opportunities to socialise with other dogs as well. We have learned to take control of our puppy rather than her taking control of us. Ben gives us the "tools" needed to continue training our dog at home and is available to answer questions even after day training hours. Ben's assistant, Brian, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. We are so glad that BA Professional K9 Training was recommended to us by our veterinarian. Ok! This is for us. (Who knew?) Dropped in on a Saturday AM. Explained situation. They understood what was up. They would use their nail clippers vs the Dremel I was using at home. Nails trimmed in no time flat. Friendly staff helped get Frank out to the car afterward. (I use a rollator. Frank has zero manners. Huge fall risk.) BUT she also helped get Frank calmed by allowing him to go to the bathroom and then helped get him into the minivan afterward. W h e w . Huge help. Frank is now walking much better. He is more comfortable. Great nail trim job just into itself. While in their shop, they helped make recommendations for grooming tools for his unusual (German Shepherd x Husky mutt) coat. They were able to address both of what had been our two biggest problem areas. I've been coming to Meyer's for years with my two previous Canaan Dogs. Meyer's dealt with their tricky dispositions easily. Meyer's has provided reliably superlative services throughout. The dogs loved it at Meyer's. Glad to see Meyer's remains in Roscoe as ever and still provides the same level of doggie care.

Last night we had a class where every dog there could be stopped on a dime, and called in, completely off-leash (no shock collars, no food, just verbal control)...that is more than any other training group I know of can claim. You have to commit to changing YOURSELF for the method to work, but if you do, the result is positively life-changing. Thank you to Pat and the whole quansa family. I have saved many dogs from being Vite dogs and likely euthanized or sheltered with this method, careered a few into wonderful working dogs, and trained my own REAL service dog that actually behaves like they are supposed to, without food bribery.
