Aaron switched the 3 quality Sapphires for very poor quality. They admitted they get their own Sapphires from Montana and facet them, which means they cut the stones themselves. Which only proves that they will facet poor quality Sapphire stones, and than switch them when they see quality ones. I could tell they had been switched because the middle one was a little bit of a different color and when I picked up the necklace they were all the same color. Do not trust this store. In my experience when a company starts change their name it normally is because they are not a good company, and I know for a fact this company is bad.

After about 3 years the same exact problem occurred. So I sent it back to Tiffany. (At $100 a pop.) After roughly a year and a half, it broke again. This bracelet is sentimental to me so I want to keep it in my rotation. I entrusted Aaron to repair it for me. He promised and returned it to me in about a week, polished and working like new!!
