After a good week I noticed my carpet was still damp, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned? In July the same person came back. I moved a couple small area rugs to show no actual cleaning had been done. The stairs weren't cleaned entirely. The attachment left distinctive marks that showed not the entire stair was cleaned. My bedroom carpet, as well as my living room carpet flattened out and looks very old from walking on damp carpet. He did not suction the water from my carpet, leaving it damp. I showed areas where the carpet was flat under my bed where it wasn't walked on. This guy said he didn't know what happened. I told him he left a puddle of water in my laundry room, no response. They were both very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. While we were discussing some of the other options that they offer, (I asked) , it came up that they also did grout cleaning. They called to ensure they had time on their schedule and were able to perform the grout cleaning for me at a discount combined with my other service. Which saved me time and money which was an extra bonus, considering they were one of the cheapest quotes I had gotten. They were both so incredibly nice, it was actually a pleasure to have them in my home. Very pleased with the service and the technicians. I said yes and the cat had pissed on the couch and loveseat. They arrived and started cleaning the furniture then the carpet. It looked good until it all dried. Streaks on the furniture and the carpet. The smell was horrible. I called the next day for them to come back out to redo the job completely. Well they showed up around 1:30 pm and told me it would require another $100 to redo the job. I'm stuck had to pay for them to do the job right. The carpet cleaning company you definitely should stay away from is Stanley Steamer out of Phoenix Or. they will do the job half assed and then charge to redo it. I am NOT a happy customer. Do not use them. This is a small valley they service so word will get around how they do business.
