Me and my Son got into an accident and were referred to Alpine Auto house, so I decided to call. At the time of the accident, I was in distress and called them because we were unable to move the car and within 30min at 8pm at off hours Tony from Alpine showed up with one of his employees and towed my car to their body shop. My son said they showed up like Superman lol. I had a great experience at this car body shop and junk yard. The employees were very professional and knowledgeable and worked closely with my insurance companies' adjusters and took the time to get the job done and fixed my car and restored it to its normal state. I also needed parts for my mother's BMW, and they even beat the BMW dealer prices on the parts we needed. I Highly recommend this place and if you're looking for high quality service without overpaying this is the best one stop shop Pit Stop for cars. Thank you, Tony, at Alpine. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with this shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and organized. The owner took care of me personally (which is rare to have) and he explained to me what I needed. It's rare to find a place that combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for their customers, but this shop absolutely does. My car has a functioning AC and blowing cool air into my car better than ever, and I'll definitely be coming back for all future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service! read more

FRAUD ALERT! Took my car in for a few things. It sat in the shop longer than usual so I went in to check in on the car. I saw the salvage guy under my hood. I had an extremely negative experience due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior at this establishment. The handling of transactions here raises serious concerns, leading me to question their integrity. SEVAK SINANIAN, also known as Steve, was particularly disrespectful. His approach was not only verbally aggressive but also included the use of profanity directed at customers and disparaging comments about their vehicles. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for those seeking respectful and professional car repair services. I strongly advise against using this business if you wish to be treated with the dignity and respect every customer deserves. If could give them 0 Stars I Would. read more

Alpine Auto House - ESTABLISHMENT THAT DESERVES 0 STARS - Body Shops Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Had an issue with my MB CLS 550's air suspension (big surprise) after I already replaced both rear bags at another mechanics. Long story short, Steve and Alpine Auto House fixed the problems caused by faulty/inexperienced work by another shop at a very fair price. I think I've found my trusted shop for the life of my car. read more

Recently I had bad luck on the freeway when something hit my back window and completely shattered it. I went to my local dealership (where I usually go for service) and they quoted me for a ridiculous price. I did some homework and thankfully with a connection I was introduced to Sevak and the Alpine Auto House. They did an amazing job for a fraction of the price. I will be taking my Mercedes there for everything going forward. The friendly atmosphere and five star service made my 2025 so much better. Thank you Alpine Auto House for your incredible customer service and expertise. See you soon! read more

Very thorough mechanic. While I waited, I noticed several nearby mechanics come to them for parts. Impressed by the experience

I had an issue with my BMW and kept getting the worst news from lots of shops. I had almost gave up and parked my car when Sev looked at my car and gave me the best deal. He fixed only what needed to be fixed and my car is running the best it's even ran. Didn't give me the run around to try and charge me to the roof and I'm so grateful to have found this shop. My car was there only half the day and he gave me such a great deal that I will never take me car anywhere else. Everyone there was so professional, nice and provided excellent customer service. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I know I can trust my car w them. Best feeling in the world. Strongly recommended! 10 stars read more

The team at Alpine did a full rear subframe overhaul on my old rusty Mercedes C43. They provided adequate insight into the potential complications, and provided a fair price for the job. They also did an Ac system overhaul replacing the compressor and servicing the AC. They were quick and efficient at providing feedback and doing the job. read more

I spoke one of the managers at Alpine BMW and he explained the return policy to me we discussed the misunderstanding. He offered to give me store credit for the return of the stereo and I really appreciated that. I have done business with Alpjne in the past with great results. They do excellent service and long lasting repairs. It was just this one incident that didn't go well in my eyes. I should have been a little more patient and inquired about the return and credit policy more. I apologize for any negative impact that might have occurred. read more

I've been doing business here for a while now. They service all three of my cars. They just serviced my 335. Oils change and brake fluid change. They were quick and effective. They identified a problem I didn't realize I had. That was quickly resolved and I was in my way. They're warm and friendly people that are passionate about cars. That translates into excellent work done at a fair price. BMW, Mini, Benz, Audi. If you drive one of those cars. This is the place to go. read more

6-stars. Really. I live three hours away, and Steve at Alpine has earned my business for life. I took my 2012 X5 to my local dealership because it was making a soft "putting" sound. They called within an hour and told me I needed a complete engine replacement that would cost $24,000. I was shocked. They "generously" offered me $1,500 to trade in my now "worthless" car. I started making calls, literally all over the country, to find someone who could replace the engine for, at the very least, less than the $13,000 blue-book value of the car. I was unsuccessful. Next, I started calling dismantlers, hoping to get more value than just accepting a $1,500 trade in. That's how I found Alpine Auto House. Turns out, they do repairs too. I didn't know when I first called. Then we started to talk, and they were ready to help. I was perfectly happy with them dropping in a used/rebuilt engine for less than $5,000, that included a one-year warranty. I put my car on a trailer and shipped it to LA. Once it arrived, Steve called and asked if I wanted them to diagnose it. I balked, not wanting to spend unnecessarily. He said if the engine still needed replacement, he would not charge me, so I agreed. Thank goodness for Steve. He called two hours later. You guessed it- I did not need a new engine. Turns out a part of the turbocharging system had become disconnected. They literally put it back on and the car was fine. $0. He gave me a list of general maintenance items that he recommended, and I was so appreciative that I did everything I could afford to do. I wanted to give them as much business as possible, since the fix for the original problem cost me nothing, except the shipping on the car. Honesty. Integrity. There are not enough words to express how genuinely different this shop is. I would have written a great review if they'd just replaced the engine like was originally planned. But they did the honest thing and did exactly and only what the car actually needed. Like I said, I'm a customer for life. You will be too!! Give them a try. read more

Steve is the man to see there. I've since relinquished my 2006 BMW 330i due to an accident that totaled it, but when it was still in working condition I would take it to Alpine for anything. The workmanship is top-notch and doesn't burn a hole into your pocket like the dealerships do. His technicians are knowledgable, and are around to help you out the minute you arrive. Definitely a hidden gem! read more

I've gotten plenty of repairs and maintenance done here for my 2007 BMW 328i (e93) Some notable mentions are to follow - My car got broken into and my glove compartment, passenger window and cupholder were broken. I didn't go through insurance to get the repairs, but went here instead. They replaced it with the used parts they've had for much MUCH less than what I had expected. On top of that, I bought a hydraulic hood lift since one of mine was broken and they replaced it very quickly. One ignition coil went out, and got it replaced at a shop near me so it wouldn't stop knocking at idle, but they denied me when I asked if I could buy parts online and they could install. Right after that, I ordered a set of ignition coils and a maintenance service 2 kit which included 6 spark plugs from NGK from FCP for the 90k service and took it here. They did a wonderful job servicing my car and told me that my water pump will be coming up to failure because of the flash memory the water pump sends to the ECU. Low and behold, 3 months later, my water pump fails, but I had already bought one along with a thermostat and bolts ahead of time and brought it here for replacement. My next service is going to be my automatic transmission for the 100k mark. All my BMW needs, I'll go here. Keep your BMW maintained and it'll run longer than expected, even in my N51, which is said to be unreliable. Granted, I did have to replace my valve cover gasket twice, but that was covered under the SULEV warranty. Care for your car, bring it here and they'll take care of it for you. read more

They were so helpful and fast! They fixed my AC so it blew cold and it only took a half hour and they quoted me a lower price than other places. Other quotes were $100-$115 and they charged me $60. Highly recommend giving them business!! read more

I recently had my headlight go out on my BMW 328i and I brought it in to Alpine to get a new one installed. I already had purchased a new bulb, but none of my friends were able to figure out how to install! Alpine immediately took my car in and diagnosed the wiring problem after 15 minutes and were able to install the new bulb correctly. What is amazing is they didn't charge me for it! It is the second time I've come in for a small correction and they take care of it for free. I will of course always turn to Alpine for my more serious BMW needs as they have gone above and beyond for me and all with a smile! Highly recommend!!! read more

These guys are the absolute best. I have had two jobs done over the last two years and on both occasions, they did outstanding work and they did it for well below what other shops would charge. They replaced a rear passenger window that failed, and did it for a couple hundred below the nearest estimate, and it's been over a year and the electric window works perfectly. Then I brought my 328i in to have both the water pump replaced, as well as the valve cover gasket, and they once again did flawless work at a rate way below all competing shops. These guys are the right place to get work done on your BMW! Cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

All this shop does is rip you off and doesn't even fix your car. I took my BMW 3 series in for a repair and was told it would be ready quick, guess what it didn't, it took 2 weeks. Every time I would call and ask to speak with Steve to see what's happening they said he will call me back because he's with a customer right now but never would end up calling me. I get my car back and literally 3 days later I get the same problem again. I give them a call and they say bring it back and we'll check on it. I get a call couple days later saying it's a different problem that literally has nothing to do with the first problem and I have to pay again lol. Which I believe is a total lie. Whatever, I get my car and guess what 2 weeks later, today, I have another problem. This place is a rip off, if they at least would fix your car the right way I wouldn't mind but they don't. I've already spent more than 1,000 here. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. both tony and steve are a bunch of crooks. they scam people for their money. don't trust this place. they will take your money and the car will be left in a worst condition. they took 1800 dollars from me and my car broke down in 3 months. ive taken it to another place and i was charged a quarter of what i had paid at "alpine", and my car is okay now. i cant stand them they will take advantage of you if you let them. please dont do bussiness with this people. i will be reporting them to bbb. even at business better bureau they have horrible reviews. read more

UPDATED 3/5/2019: The oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler gasket that they fixed are now leaking again (15 months later) and I am having to pay someone $840 to fix it. I was told that they didn't use the correct sealant and that they did not do a good job. This is not to mention that when they worked on my car last, they didn't reset the computer and I ended up stranded in a parking garage when my engine stalled.
