In an ever changing electronic world, I find myself relying on places like FedEx Office for some of…read moremy older-worldly issues. Even though they are still highly technical it is stuff that I cannot do by myself since it seems like my world has gone pretty much paperless. So here is what I get done here: Print things - like lots of things. A few hundred copies, some weird coated paper, some odd ball sizes. Basically if I cannot print something on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper I find myself with a jump drive and headed to Fed Ex (pro tip: you can just email it to them to print now.) Cut things - Not your normal arts and craft things, but lets say you have a poster you need to cut down to frame. And lets say the crabby old lady at the store that sells frames just gives you a big 'ol case of the "stink eye" for asking her to cut it down. Well, Fed Ex has the equipment to do it. And they help you do it. And it is free. Ship Things - When it just doesn't fit in my mailbox and i want to pay the postage, etc, I can do it here. Now look, I am sure there is a bunch of other stuff they do here that I am sure gets done as wonderfully as the things I use them for. But for me it is 3 basic things. And they do them well and with a smile on their face.

He was able to give me a quote over text and could come out the next day!!! All of the other companies that bothered to reply couldn't come out for a week or more, and they gave a "starting" bid. Phil kept in constant communication with me. He let me know when he was on his way and when he would be arriving. He even arrived a little earlier than the window given. He walked the perimeter of the house, looked at all of my concerns, explained that what I thought were box elder were actually another beetle (no red x on their back). I knew of one area where wasps were getting in under the patio ceiling, and soffit around the house. Phil not only hit the entire perimeter of the house, yard, trees, and area where I knew the wasps to be, but he hit the entire soffit everywhere there was space to spray. He offered to come inside the house and spray all of window frames, but I didn't think it necessary. Needless to say, we had bug graveyards surrounding the house within a day. I did notice a few stragglers after about 5 days and when I asked him about it, he said he'd be out to do a second treatment. Full disclosure we have a lot of trees, of which some are growing over the house touching the roof above the window I noticed a few (like three instead of thirty) bugs hanging around. He offered to come inside and this time I said yes. He wore protective slippers over his shoes and hit every window in and door upstairs and down. There's absolutely NO hassle with setting up an appointment with their office staff. You just drive up to the kiosk, choose the size of your unit, and rent right there! Many facilities in Ogden that we researched prior to going with Easy Storage, did not have the kind of protected properties that we found with them.
