Our internal staff changed so we switched from a monthly retainer plan to an hourly plan. They agreed to it but they didn't liked it so they set out to punish us for it. They billed an outlandish additional amount and we ended up in a dispute over it. We attempted to resolve it with them. Rather than work with us to resolve and compromise, they held the website hostage and refused to finish it or make corrections, same as another review below. They hosted the website and had access to all accounts which they used maliciously in ways I've never seen before. We ended up having to recreate the website, which we did for half the price and achieved a much better result. Others have had a different experience with them but this was ours.

I had an interview for one team a week ago and my interview went awesome, didn't get that position…read more So I found another position to apply for with an employee referral (who is higher up). Thad who is a recruiter called me to talk about the position I had applied for and he was SO rude. The absolute most disrespectful recruiter I have EVER talked to in my life. He basically told me that I was not a good fit for the company and then he went into my previous work history and chewed my butt about that. I even told him that I was completely open to any job within the company, and that I was willing to learn how to do any position there. I really just wanted to be apart of such an awesome company (from what I heard before talking to this guy.) I messaged the person I used as a referral and she said that he always treats people badly. So I guess my concern for Marketstar is that you may have people bashing the name because of this man. I will NEVER apply for another position at this company because of him.

The pandemic hit and we could not hold the gala as planned. We decided to hold a virtual gala but had no idea what we were getting into. From the very beginning, Kasey made us feel comfortable that this was something we could pull off. Kasey was WONDERFUL. He answered all my questions, which were numerous and figured out how to make our vision work. He was even able to stick to our budget. We had a production day where Circa 3 filmed speakers and the center. It was great working with Kasey and Tyler. They were professional and extremely patient when we had some hiccups. They also worked on the live stream. We had numerous comments about how great everything looked. People loved the live stream so much that they suggested it should be an option for next year as well. They were able to transition from recorded videos, to live speakers, to the band seamlessly. They even included split screens that had premade graphics and live updates from our auction software. They worked so hard to make our vision come to life and we were able to reach our fundraising goals. They exceeded all our expectations! I highly recommend their video production services.
