Our internal staff changed so we switched from a monthly retainer plan to an hourly plan. They agreed to it but they didn't liked it so they set out to punish us for it. They billed an outlandish additional amount and we ended up in a dispute over it. We attempted to resolve it with them. Rather than work with us to resolve and compromise, they held the website hostage and refused to finish it or make corrections, same as another review below. They hosted the website and had access to all accounts which they used maliciously in ways I've never seen before. We ended up having to recreate the website, which we did for half the price and achieved a much better result. Others have had a different experience with them but this was ours.

He answered all my questions, which were numerous and figured out how to make our vision work. He was even able to stick to our budget. We had a production day where Circa 3 filmed speakers and the center. It was great working with Kasey and Tyler. They were professional and extremely patient when we had some hiccups. They also worked on the live stream. We had numerous comments about how great everything looked. People loved the live stream so much that they suggested it should be an option for next year as well. They were able to transition from recorded videos, to live speakers, to the band seamlessly. They even included split screens that had premade graphics and live updates from our auction software. The lady from this company called me on April 25 , 2019 at 9:22am to advertise about their marketing method on Facebook, then transferred the phone call for a guy that named David, the sale guy, he told me about how expert they are in the marketing insdustry and will help me business reach more clients, First I try to ignore and told them I will talk with my husband and give you guys a call back, they keep talking and hurry to sign you up, before you research them on google anything about them. He told me I should sign up today because it's part day and they are on promotion right now and it's $300for a month include 2 add on Facebook then month by month, they will charge you monthly if you don't give them 3 business day notice to cancel and $95 for setting up fee. They are hurry up and once you are hooked they ask you to pay by phone without sending you any agreement or email that said it's non-refundable, just 3 business days notice to cancel and you won't get charge. I paid by phone with knowing they are recording during payment but no one say " hey! Mam This is the payment that non-refundable " no nothing , so you thought you had a change to cancel of you didn't want the service, then transferred phone call to another guy, his name is Ted or something ( manager) to finish the phone call and at 11:06:33 am on April 25th they sent me a welcome letter with amount of my $300, didn't mention $95 set up fee and it also said they don't provide refund, so my $395 just went to hell in an hour. April 26 they send me the link that they made 2 samples for the add. It's horribke and it wasn't that was the add that they was bragging about, they put together some picture of my works (they picked the one that I done for 3 years ago , there is no beauty sight in their eye just $$, the slideshow is cheap and just horrible, not smooth, you can just use the video app from apple app and do it better. After seeing those add I called left voicemail ,emailed them back on April 26th right way to cancel my service due i don't like anything they did and found out they have a lot of bad review online, I just don't feel comfortable to work with them, no response until today April 29, we talked about cancellation the service, they said they won't charge next month but this month I still loose my money and no refund, my add is starting running on May 2th, I told them I don't want any add, just my money back, there is a Big no, I brake down and cried because I was so pissed, I just lost my $395 but I still don't want to do any business with them even they offered to fix the add? I don't feel comfortable to work with them, my gut said " No" I wish them a good life and telling them, if you don't refund my money!
