Bish's Salt Lake, Utah has employed a most knowledgeable sales team member named Kellie. If there was a question she couldn't answer (which weren't very many) she found out the answer. She wasn't pushy either. Just an excellent person all the way around. Finally someone that listened! Thank you Bish's for employing her and thank you Kellie for being you!

Yes, it has been two years getting my trailer ready for a weekend out, and yet again, there are more issues with it. Every time I take my Go-Play trailer out, I am reminded of all the issues I have had and have continued to have with it. This is not an isolated issue either; I have two buddies who also bought 2024 Go-Play trailers, and they have experienced a lot of the same issues. AVOID THE GO-PLAY TRAILERS LIKE THE PLAGUE. My heater doesn't work. They installed the wrong thermostat. The solar panels don't work. They were wired incorrectly. The fridge works sometimes, but never consistently. wallpaper is coming off. The dinett collapsed from a small child's sittin on it SITTING not jumping or horseplaying. The seal for the slide came off completely. The first time I took it out this year. The inside and the outside are quite literally separating from each other. I can see the road from the inside of my trailer. The pea trap on the toilet was cracked and only finger tight and was leaking. The bottom of my shower is cracked also leaking. The hood vent in the kitchen fell off. And much much more. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in repairs to this trailer already; hire an inspector, even if it is a brand-new trailer, because you never know what you are going to get. I have learned my lesson and I am now paying for it. I have only taken this trailer out six to eight times in the last two years because I know when I do. Something is gonna be broken or need repaired. I have only taken it to full-hookup paved places; this trailer has given me nothing but headaches. I have never had a bigger regret than purchasing it. It has taken the fun out of camping for me. Heed my warning and do your homework. And if you want bish to help you or do anything about anything, be prepared to sit on the phone for a minimum of 30 minutes. Or to be nickel and dimed, every stop along the way. Notice they are quick to reply to any comment with minor negativity, and everything that's positive. people with real issues In the review section are ignored. That alone shows you their true colors
