I am truly not a bitter person, but I did receive deplorable customer service from Jones Printing. The shirts we ordered were beautiful, but they made a huge mistake. They admitted it was their mistake and they would not reprint it. Oh and yes they kept our money. The shirt had the name of our beautiful baby that we lost right before his due date. It was a traumatic loss and we honored him by participating in a walk to walk the steps he never was able to take. Jones left his name off even though it was very clearly part of the order. They showed no compassion and did not even look at us as they said sorry, nothing we can do. They made other small mistakes like printing on the wrong colors for some of the shirts, but that was a minor error to the way that they made us feel. I will never return and I would never recommend based on their definition of "service"

Isaac, the company rep I communicated with, patiently answered all my questions about fabric, print technique, delivery, etc. (I decided on sublimation to make my vibrant graphic really pop.) By Monday morning, I made the purchase and the shirts were delivered by courier on Tuesday afternoon. Isaac even emailed me a photo of the finished shirts just after they were printed and called me to confirm they were delivered later in the day.
