There was no one here when we came and only 4 people came in after us. We spent about 30 mins here printing and buying items. It was a really fun 30 mins. The employee Cassidy was awesome. Joking with us. Telling us about ways we can save. And took care of the printing for us. We are from out of town and just enjoyed the tidbits she gave us even though she was new to town too. The store is the best value you'll probably get in the area. There's not a lot of printing spots nearby especially if you don't have a car. It was 10 min walking distance from my hotel. It was generally well marked and clean. It does close pretty early so get there before 7pm. Five stars because the staff was really nice. Otherwise it's a 3.5 star place. It gets the job done. They have printing, office supplies, cards for special occasions, bubble wrap, boxes that can be customized, and of course, shipping!

The font was fairly different than what I'd expected and smaller which caused the writing to look off center. When I got home I compared it to my original then, sent an email stating I'd like it redone for free or a refund of my money. The response was curt and suggestive that they'd done all they could for me. I responded that I would bring in my proof and perhaps we could find a win-win situation. When I walked in the gentleman who emailed me came up to the counter. I showed him my original and he pulled up the email showing the font was different for some reason. His attitude erred towards resignation that they'd done all they could. I asked if I could look at the other fonts available to see if they had one that was closer. He begrudgingly let me look as he walked to the back. A minute later, I heard a female co-worker "whisper" loudly "I guess," then snicker and turn her back to me. Obviously, they felt I was being a nuisance. I told them I didn't appreciate the attitude, that I was just trying to get my product and expected decent customer service. I would not recommend going to this office for service. Spend your money elsewhere.
