Lots of parking available right in front of the store. The staff was friendly, I was helped right away. I think they have great print quality. The paper is thick and the colors/images are very clear. I did have a few postcards printed and they were just ok. I knew when I was ordering online that it wasn't exactly lining up with my postcard PDF. I tried to alter the PDF a few times and ultimately just had to go with the closest fit even though it wasn't perfect. Note I made the postcards on Canva and the sizing didn't seem to translate well to Fedex printing. A great go-to printing spot.

There was no one here when we came and only 4 people came in after us. We spent about 30 mins here printing and buying items. It was a really fun 30 mins. The employee Cassidy was awesome. Joking with us. Telling us about ways we can save. And took care of the printing for us. We are from out of town and just enjoyed the tidbits she gave us even though she was new to town too. The store is the best value you'll probably get in the area. There's not a lot of printing spots nearby especially if you don't have a car. It was 10 min walking distance from my hotel. It was generally well marked and clean. It does close pretty early so get there before 7pm. Five stars because the staff was really nice. Otherwise it's a 3.5 star place. It gets the job done. They have printing, office supplies, cards for special occasions, bubble wrap, boxes that can be customized, and of course, shipping!

The font was fairly different than what I'd expected and smaller which caused the writing to look off center. When I got home I compared it to my original then, sent an email stating I'd like it redone for free or a refund of my money. The response was curt and suggestive that they'd done all they could for me. I responded that I would bring in my proof and perhaps we could find a win-win situation. When I walked in the gentleman who emailed me came up to the counter. I showed him my original and he pulled up the email showing the font was different for some reason. His attitude erred towards resignation that they'd done all they could. I asked if I could look at the other fonts available to see if they had one that was closer. He begrudgingly let me look as he walked to the back. A minute later, I heard a female co-worker "whisper" loudly "I guess," then snicker and turn her back to me. Obviously, they felt I was being a nuisance. I told them I didn't appreciate the attitude, that I was just trying to get my product and expected decent customer service. I would not recommend going to this office for service. Spend your money elsewhere.

This wasn't some cookie-cutter approach; they built a custom digital marketing strategy that actually made sense for a small business like mine. They helped me better understand how tools like Facebook ads management, website design, and social media marketing could work together to drive growth. Every step of the process was clearly explained--why a certain solution was being implemented, how it would be rolled out, and what results I could realistically expect. That transparency gave me total confidence. If you're a business owner looking for a marketing agency near me that gets results without wasting your money, Flamingo Theory is it. Whether you're exploring instagram ads, refining your seo services, or just want to partner with a team that actually cares about your success, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
