I just had the worst time with Alphagraphics on Baseline Road. All I needed was to get my 9 x 12 storyboard finals scanned. First the woman told me they don't do scans over 200 dpi (?). Then she said the pencils wouldn't scan at all. After telling her to adjust the darkness and contrast, they were still useless to me. I told her I couldn't use them but thanks. She then demanded I "pay for her time. " I should have charged her for my time. She actually made me late for meeting my landlord and almost late getting the images to my client. I demanded the manager who was insulting and dismissive but didn't press the issue and I left. I had no problem, whatsoever, getting a decent scan at literally the first print shop I biked past after leaving this facility. I don't usually yelp businesses but this one was terrible. Went in Tuesday 12/7/21. $95 for one 36" x 24" sign, flexible composite board. Initial counter help was unfriendly that day. I just treated her with respect and after 5-6 mins I eventually got her to loosen up and act reasonably pleasant. She said three or four days. Friday 12/10/21, got email with image of prototype. It looked good and I replied in approval to go ahead. Monday 12/13/21 - Nothing Tuesday 12/14/21 - I called at apprx 9am to see what was going on. She replied it was to be ready today. She called back a few hours later to say I could pick it up. So 3-4 days was promised and it took 7 days. Also Tuesday 12/14/2021 - I went in at about 2:30pm. Another gentleman was being waited on. I looked over the counter and there was my sign, all ready to go. As I had paid for it when I ordered it, I expected just to have her hand it to me after I ID'd myself. Problem was she totally ignored me and it appeared that I could be waiting a good piece of time as the discussions with the other customer continued. All I needed was 15-20 secs of her time but she didn't even acknowledge my presence. As the sign was now mine, I wanted it and wanted to leave. I saw a man in the back and I got his attention. It almost turned into a real rhubarb as the counter clerk and the customer verbalized rudely and tried to make trouble. The man from the back came out, I pointed at my sign, he gave it to me along with my invoice and I was gone saying: "Never again" So AlphaGraphics on Baseline in Mesa, you got my $95 dollars for one sign and lousy customer service. Terrible service. No self service area so I trusted them to print my resume but warned that it may need some formatting. Also requested that it be two pages. They printed the resume and it was three pages when I specifically asked for two, wasted several pages of the paper i provided and offered no help to print it as I asked. I feel like that's a pretty simple request. Waste of time. read more

I won't be back. Really bad customer service. I tried contacting the manager for a resolution and he basically said no. They ruined an item I brought to them and then they refused to replace it. This would be fine if I had agreed to that but I did not. The employee at the desk basically handed my ruined item back to me and said "sorry". That was it. I am not impressed. read more

2 stars only because they had done a satisfactory job for me last year. This time they said they would call me back with an estimate for a job and never did. I called back a couple of days later and the same woman said she'd get back to me as soon as her estimator got off the phone with another client. Never did! Can't see how they would be so busy if they don't return calls from potential clients. I won't call them again! read more

Danny and the others here @ Alphagraphics were AWESOME! We were up against a ridiculous time crunch and needed posters, flyers, line cards etc printed and they rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations! I went in and talked to Ginger about a special group of images I needed. I left the usb with 22 images with her. The next morning she called and they were ready. The images were sharp and done just the way I needed them. Ginger was responsive and professional and I'll happily use them again. read more

Horrible customer service. I was told that they would be calling me to set up an appointment for sign installation. They didn't. In the meantime, I decided I wanted the sign in a different location. They came and put the sign up without notifying me and when I wasn't there. They said my staff gave the final approval. No one at my office had the authority to do this. I was ready to deal and move on and even give them more business but Todd's attitude was so bad I couldn't do it. There are plenty of better alternatives out there. The staff was not helpful in the least. Went into the store twice to get invitations printed and the staff was unable to help me to get the invitations printed because they couldnt take the time to format to print. Went to FedEx and they did what Alphagraphics couldnt do in two trips to the store in 15 mins ! Save time and just go to FedEx Office instead!! read more

Went in this morning to get some addresses printed on FORTY-ONE envelopes and they wanted to charge me $67!!! My mind is blown. Not to mention, not even so much as a "good morning" or a smile when I walked in the door. Shame on this store. read more

We've been very displeased with the business we've conducted with Alpha Graphics. We purchased signs for our business back in early 2017 that didn't last more than 8 months. We've been talking with Jonathan Meere now going on approximately six months now and he just keeps telling us he will talk to someone to handle the issue. We've resorted to calling him every other day now instead of waiting on him to return our call. Very prompt before receiving payment. As you can tell from the images attached the signs look like CRAP and I wouldn't suggest or recommend them to ANYONE. Their customer service alone is uncalled for. We spent good money to get a product that would last sometime and something to be proud of. We're embarrassed that we even used Alpha Graphics. Please don't make the giant mistake we did. We're a small business and every dime we put into our shop we'd like to be proud of but this unfortunately isn't the case. Don't make the same mistake. read more

I went into AlphaGraphics on the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving (11/24) to inquire about them printing addresses on some custom envelopes for my wedding invitations. I spoke with Kelsey who was very helpful and said it would be no problem. I gave her a couple envelopes to run a test print on. Kelsey informed me the shop would be closed through the weekend for the holiday but even though she would be on vacation on Monday, someone would call me when the proofs were ready for pickup. After I did not hear from the shop on Monday, I called them Tuesday afternoon. The gentleman I spoke to said "Kelsey's on vacation and won't be back until Wednesday. She's the one working on your order." I thought it was strange that no one else could help me. Kelsey did call Me on Wednesday and informed me that their color printer was broken and they were waiting on a repair man to fix it. Although I understand this was not the shop's fault, the machine did not get fixed until late Friday and my envelopes were not ready until Saturday, 12/4. Kelsey tried to be as helpful as she could and I appreciated that, but was very disappointed that it took 10 full days to complete my order. However, the final product did look nice. read more
