I'm giving them 5 stars based on how quickly he got back to me and let me know he was busy. That allowed me to get my problem solved. So I got nothing bad to say about them and they were really kind communicating as well. I wasn't able to get a rate from him because he was booked up. They seem like a bigger towing business so if you're looking for a smaller problem, then I'd try to hit them up a day in advance not same day emergency kind of stuff.

He texted and followed up w me entire time while stranded. Driver Benjamin showed up promptly and towed car to Discount Tire. From when our initial ETA was provided (30-60 min), first guy from Woodies Towing called and said 20 min (never came), and second guy called 10 min later with ETA 35 min. In total it took just over an hour. It was confusing why they'd sent two trucks but I figured at least one will show up and I was right. Although I had provided info over the phone where we were, what road we were on, what direction we were facing, and what car we were in, the tow driver still had a hard time finding us despite we were the only ones on the shoulder with our hazards on. His English and comprehension were not very good. But the experience from his arrival to delivery of the car to the shop was stellar. He was very polite and customer oriented. 1 star for the first half of the experience and 5 stars for the second. Perhaps a second phone call explaining why the first tow driver wasn't coming - would have raised my review.

When we called back for an update, dispatch told us the driver was only 20 minutes away -- and then immediately canceled on us with no real explanation. What makes this even worse is that the person waiting was disabled, left stranded at night with no assistance. That level of disregard and poor communication is completely unprofessional and concerning. This kind of service is not only unreliable but potentially dangerous. Situations like this should be reviewed by the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I would strongly recommend choosing a different towing company if you need dependable service.
