I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with this company. We were initially given a 1-hour ETA, but after waiting over 2 hours late at night, no one ever showed up. When we called back for an update, dispatch told us the driver was only 20 minutes away -- and then immediately canceled on us with no real explanation. What makes this even worse is that the person waiting was disabled, left stranded at night with no assistance. That level of disregard and poor communication is completely unprofessional and concerning. This kind of service is not only unreliable but potentially dangerous. I requested my car to be towed and ETA was between 3:25 pm to 4:20 pm. Called when it was about 4:30 and was told they were dropping off another vehicle and to give them 10-15 min. A whole hour passed by and when I called , no one answered. I called 10 times, left voicemails, still no callback. Ended up canceling request because the dealership that I needed my car dropped off at ended up closing, so now I have to wait to get my car fixed. Please have better communication. read more

My axle was broken by their towing guy, and they are not wanting to pay for what they broke. Now this is costing me over $1000.00 for repairs and maintenance hours. When they towed my car to my driveway. I asked the gentleman if he could push my car more back since it was not all the way under the carport. He said yes and proceeded to push my car back; he did not relift the car to push back. He forcefully pushed it back, causing my front car tire to rotate. Mind you, my car does not go on natural when it's off. I even told him to stop and that it was ok for him to just leave it where it was because of how rough he was. My partner asked for proof the day before I called, and she stated that she would send us the towing video. The next day I asked for proof of video of that date, and they denied providing proof. Stated that in their policy they do not have to provide this information. I asked for the policy, and they denied providing the policy that's for their customers. The lady that answered was very rude. very unprofessional She stated that the video shows he didn't even use the towing that grips the wheels. I was there and saw exactly how my car was hooked. Why change your word and not want to show proof after they watched the videos? Seems like they watched it and noticed that they indeed broke my axle and now do not want to show us proof of the video. If I could do a zero I would. After making a roadside assistance request I was given a 90-120 minute wait time. At a little after the 90 minute mark the estimated time changed from arriving soon to 48- 78 minute wait. I contacted the A plus and the individual assured me that they would be there in 45 minutes. Within two minutes of hanging up they canceled the tow and I then had to wait another two hours for another tow service to show up. This company is awful and lies about getting back to you. One of their drivers drove over my property and did a lot of damage. I was home and confronted the driver and he said he wouldn't clean up the mess he made which included moving back a 500 lb boulder that he moved with his flatbed tow truck about 3 feet. He also damaged a well that had a concrete cover on it and now it's open for people and animals to fall into. Called the company twice and was told the person i needed to talk to was "out of town" and would call me back. Have yet to receive any call back from anyone from this company and feel they are just giving me the run around to get me off the phone. This isn't the first time this company's driver did damage to my property either! If they treat me this way imagine how they must treat you if you called them for towing service! read more

Did not show at the time specified or estimated and upon every update, there were excuses and reassurance that they were "on the way". I was in constant contact making sure they would still show up and they lied straight to my face saying that they were 100% going to show. 25 minutes go by as they said that's how long it would take the driver to be there, nothing. Then they canceled the tow after being an hour and a half- 2 hours late. Also will not answer my calls like an adult or respectable business would. They're acting like children refusing to rectify a mistake. If they would have told me, "I'm sorry we're too busy we miscalculated, we're not going to be able to help you; that would be totally acceptable. Customer Beware. Their main website lists only a phone number, no address, where you can actually go the office and view the bussiness license from the city of Scottsdale. Tracked down two addresses on the web from other sites. One leads to a boarded up old office space in Scottsdale, the other to an apartment complex in Scottsdale with no door number. They have one phony 5 star rating on their website, but no actual link for anyone to post other reviews. my car randomly broke down while I was pulling into a parking lot. I had an officer there trying to help me and we couldn't get it to even get into neutral to move it out of the way. A Plus towing was coincidentally pulling in about 30 minutes later and the officer asked them to help us at least move it. they were so willing to help and they helped me get it to a mechanic. they made sure the mechanic knew it was there and was checked in. they went above and beyond to help me during their busy schedule and a busy week! read more
