So I called my doctor and insurance company. They told me that the only one that can fix mt problem was the pharmacy that caused it. This process took me two hours. The pharmacy manager was no help at all. When I attempted to come up with a solution, he turned around and walked away from me. I never raised my voice or used any obscenity whatsoever. This loser pharmacist went into the next room and called the police on me. When the police came, they were angry with Rite Aid for making such a stupid call. Welcome to the communist state of New Jermany.

Not to mention the fact that they never have my daughter's meds in hand when they say they do so we have to make multiple trips. I ended up changing to Neighbor Pharmacy across the street and they know me by name, get me in and out inside of 2 minutes EVERY time, and I'm usually getting a phone call before I leave the doctors office that my prescription is ready for pickup. Definitely recommend making a change from this non sense.
