We confirmed an appointment from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in the Temescal area of Corona. Despite his office being located in Corona, he stated he was unable to find the property, even after I provided clear directions. My elderly parents were present at the property to assist, and I had arranged to meet him during my lunch break from work. Upon arrival, I found no issues accessing the property there were no "large rocks" blocking the entrance as he claimed. Unfortunately, he had already left before the scheduled time without proper communication. Instead, he states that we send photos of the structure. This experience was a significant waste of time and demonstrated a lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for our schedule. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

They give me a written analysis with lots of pictures pointing out some issues, but they gave us peace of mind that the structure was fundamentally sound and only needed attention in a few areas. We used one of their recommended roofers and spent a tiny fraction of the first roofer's estimate to correct the issues. I highly recommend Distinguished Structural Engineers for any work you're considering.

These 5 star reviews have to be from friends and family. 1. I couldn't get the staff to answer emails in a timely manner. 2. The engineer made changes that I never agreed to. 3. The engineer could not understand simple concepts. He would ask me a question. I would answer it then here we are 6 weeks later going over the same questions. 4. The engineer made a request. I honored the request. I reference the request in an email and he tells me he never made the request. I attach his emails with the request! He then sticks to he didn't make the request. I have at least 15 total complaints but I will stop here. This was by far the worst engineer I have ever done business with. Its hard to believe businesses like this are still operational.
