The touchless car wash works great and has recently been updated, the service is absolutely phenomenal, I mean bar none. The value for the money exceeds my expectations. The fact that they have real people there giving a real experience, with a smile, pre-washing your vehicle, who could ask for better? I absolutely love all the employees, they always treat me well, with respect, they always have a smile on their face and make sure that I walk away happy. The vacuums are better than any in the area. Several weeks ago, I noticed that the tire brushes were nonfunctional. We run each car through the wash at least once or twice per week. Each time washing a car, I noticed that the tire brushes were not repaired. Just yesterday (8/14/2023), I ran both cars through and noticed that in addition to the tire brushes not functioning, two of the main wash brushes failed to make contact with the car. I pay in excess of $50 per month for the "Ceramic Duck" wash mind you. When I mentioned to an attendant that the tire brushes and main wash brushes were not functioning correctly, she responded with, "We know and we are working on getting the problems fixed". Here's where it gets good, she went on to tell me that I have to understand that they [Quick Quack] have more than one location and that their maintenance person will get to the problems at this wash when he has time. Once I heard that, I told the young lady to CANCEL my plans on both cars and that I would not be back. I would rather hand wash my cars than pay a monthly fee for the the "Best" car wash plan that they offer that fails to deliver. Everything is expensive these days and I refuse to spend my money on substandard service! Please see the pictures that I took immediately after running my cars through the wash. They have dedicated tire scrubbers, glass and panel scrubbers, and someone that gets all the dead creatures of the front grill. All of this happens before you even get to enter the car wash!! They offer several levels of wash, full detail services, and some DIY bays in front for if you have stuff that doesn't fit in the wash. Vacuums are available for customers after washing and they offer wipe down rags and cleaner (please don't steal their cleaner bottles, Jesus sees you.) I've been a loyal monthly pass subscriber for 2 vehicles for more than 4 years. During the last…read moreyear I've noticed that whenever I wash my vehicles at least one or two vacuum stations are clogged. I've notified the girl in the booth about this each time. It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. They seem to do upgrades and maintenance on the car wash but I don't notice much improvement. I like this place because of its proximity to my house. I hope I don't have to cancel my subscriptions and had to drive to Clinton just because of little annoying things that can be fixed easily.
