Miguel and his workers (Michael, Kevin, & everyone else) were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. It can be difficult sometimes to find contractors that are honest, hard-working, and fair. Miguel and his team are all three. They even helped bring up several of our heavy packages & worked to fix a couple plumbing & duct issues that were not within the scope of the work. They did not charge for this, and just wanted to help us correct a few things along the way. I worked doing rehabs for 8 years and I know how difficult it can be to find great contractors. Miguel and Richard came out to take a look at the attic of my new home. During the buying process, one of the notes was that there was some dirt up there. The guys made it out, took a look up there and inspected the insulation and other components of the HVAC that were up there and gave it their seal of approval; no additional work needed to be done and the attic was fine. After spending so much on my first home, having these guys come in and not sell me anything I didn't need was profoundly appreciated.
