Being the second floor in the summer it was always hot so we would overcool the downstairs to make it tolerable. I called peninsula and another company for estimates. Both estimators were good but Ian from peninsula offered a few more options and it turned out peninsula was about 1500 less ..apples for apples. The day that Stella, Tyler and Scott showed up they told us exactly the plan and schedule. Amazingly they accomodated working around a crazy cat we have and were very respectful of our home. When options came up (location etc) they explained pros and cons so we could make a well informed decision. I can vouch for penninsula heat on their service as they have maintained our main heat pump yearly and always have done an excellent job. I can now say if i need something done in the future , I will just go with peninsula heat... They have proved themselves to be amazing, truthful, respectful and my grandson can sleep in a cool room tonight. Thanks so much!!!

Example: on Tuesday afternoon we heard a strange noise from the head in the bedroom and upon investigation found that the fan wasn't coming on on either of our two Daikin heads. A call to Dave's had the receptionist as a few questions and it sounded like it was going to warrant a visit. Unfortunately, that would not be for two days because they were very busy on Wednesday, but if something opened up they would call. Well, Wednesday morning, they called and I had to admit that now both heads seemed to be working again! She asked it we would still like someone to take a look and we said yes, because we didn't want to get caught without heat or cooling. Ryan arrived at the appointed time, was very professional and assured us that he would check things out. He was very thorough and explained each thing as he went. We did need to have several things attending to and he was able to clear an error code. We are now confident that we are going into the summer in good shape with our ductless heat pump. We really appreciate Ryan and Dave's and they have been our go to company for several homes over the years.

Adam was extremely thorough in testing all aspects of the heat pump system and thermostat settings. The price was excellent for the work performed and we are so glad we made the choice to keep the care of our heating system with Dave's Heating and Cooling Services. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
