To my amazement, Justin and his wife came early in the day, they even brought treats for my dog, and spent the entire day working on the house. They fixed every issue, cleaned up the property, cleaned the screens and windows and just really did an amazing job. We are military and have rented a lot of places, and NEVER have I seen this level of caring and professionalism from anyone we depended on to take care of the home we were in. They also remodeled this home before we moved in and the quality of their work is excellent. I am so relieved to know they are the ones who will handle any problem that might come up. I can not say enough great things about them - they are kind, great at what they do and really care about how they treat people. I HIGHLY recommend them for whatever work you are needing done.

He wanted us to be 100% happy and wasn't looking to make a quick buck. This is a person who values integrity and a job well done. He and his team did great work and communicated well with us. Joseph was kind enough to share his expertise on various home repair stuff. It's nice to know why something needs to be done, rather than just being told it needs to be done. Joseph was also remarkably good at following up on details, and is a bit of a perfectionist in the best possible way. The company that was contracted to repair our gutters didn't do the job quite right in one corner, causing water to pour off the gutter when it rained. Even though he'd already been paid, Joseph didn't rest until the company came out again to do the job right, and on top of that he sent one of his men out to add some flashing in that corner as well. We are super happy with the repairs, and things are in a better state now then before the tree hit. We'll definitely be using Joseph again in the future!

From there, he gave us the expectations a job of this magnitude would include, and sent us a scope of work. He kept us constantly updated when any portion of that scope had the potential to change, and his team was punctual and professional, completing their work within the timeframe provided, and had friendly, helpful attitudes. We plan on hiring Joseph again for other projects in the near future. His honesty and integrity was refreshing; I never felt like he was trying to add-on unnecessary repairs or charge me an excessive amount for his time. I trust Joseph to give me true and accurate estimates for needed work, unlike some contractors I have worked with in the past, who either don't have the knowledge or focus Joseph and his team display while on the job. Thank you Joseph & crew for making this large repair easy for us, giving us peace of mind and professionals we can trust and rely on.

Ben even handled some issues with the manufacturer of the railing (they hadn't shipped all of the parts, so Ben came back a couple days later, on a Saturday, to install the last piece). He estimated three days, finished in two (plus 15 minutes on Saturday). We'd gotten a quote from a general contractor to do the railing as part of a larger job, and they wanted almost as much just to demo the old railing as Ben asked for the entire job.
